If I could rate a zero, then I would very well would give that rating. Definitely, multicultural sensitivity training is needed for Dannya. No customer service extended. Dannya doesn't seem to know how to interact with individuals of nonnative Latino descent. Also, seems to have sheisty mannerisms. She had attempted to add the store's WiFi information (told me no one else has objected; no login PW given) on a new device, after learning cash vs card would be used for the purchase. Scandalous!!! Another nonLatino Woman and her children came in for service, but was told she was only servicing payments, due to installations that needed to be done. Meanwhile, two other Latino males were provided patient, full explanations in their native tongue. One taken out of turn in the wait line (hour plus+ of valuable time wasted), prior to myself. No installations were done for the males.Bottom line watch the actions of Dannya when interacting with your devices, especially in these nefarious times of rapid rise in identity theft. Upside, Kat was very pleasant, helpful in understanding the products and deals. It was unfortunate that it was the end of Kat's shift, but instructed Dannya on how to close the deal and give great customer service. It did not unfold in that fashion.**With all due respect Mr. Mulligan chatting is null and void.**Suggestions: 1)Get Danny's multicultural sensitivity training.2)Audit all accounts she has installed for overcharges and illegal logins after device purchases. 3)Make your customers aware of having the Store's WiFi account saved on their devices, along with the potential personal and financial security threats. 3)Ensure 2 persons are working for check and balance system. 4)Acquire reliable computer systems that do not falter, during business hours. 5)Reduce the wait time for service in your establishment.
