Great job, great customer service, I was well taken care of at this location by Dre and Icka they both were great at explaining the phone and service plan that would best fit my needs. I would recommend this location for anyone they really take care of their customers. I will be returning for any phone services that I need.

Scam AlertI went to this store to purchase a free phone because metro is running a promotion you get a free phone if you add a line.So I added a lie the Spanish girl in there told me it would cost 80 bucks. I said why would it cost 80 bucks when the phone is free.I only want the 30 dollar plan. So she said it cost 30 dollars to activate my account and 20 dollars for the service fee. Which adds up to $50 dollarsWhere's the extra 30 coming from.The she says it cost 77 dollars. And if I give her 3 extra dollars to make it 80 bucks she can give me a charger cord cause don't no charger cord come with it.So I ended up purchasing the free phone and gave her 80 bucks.So when I left and got home and looked at my receipt I noticed she charged me $29.99 for a charger adapter ... she knew I wouldn't pay no damage 30 bucks for no adapter so she lied about it. And she ripped me off my money.I call customer service. I qualify to get another free phone on the promotion under a family plan and they said it only cost $30 bucks only.This place is a scam. All I should of paid in the store was 50 bucks. This woman had a smirk on her face cause she knew she was scamming me. I wish I used my bank card cause I would of disputed this transaction. But I would love to speak to someone to file a complaint. Cause of she scammed me I can only imagine how many more people this Spanish girl have scammed.
