Extremely dissatisfied. The kid who took care of me wrote my number down wrong for me, was too lazy and money hungry 2 give me the best deal, refused to help me get acp, gave me no way 2 access my account, refused to give me a baltimore # coz of my ID when I been here 3 years and already had a baltimore #, and anyone who says oh I wouldn't lie 2 u, immediately no coz they lyin. Add in highly unorganized untrustworthy and given everything else he did I truly believe he also overcharged me. Do better metro!!!

Everybody is doing a good job, is clean and they always help you better than the other stores even when they get really busy and they are friendly, when you walk into the store they said Hi,welcome to metro by T-Mobile!!how can we help you today?
