The most terrible experience with this store on yesterday. Associate pulled the wrong phone finished setting it and tried to convince me to get it on top of paying more for a phone I didn’t want. Manager and she told me it was nothing they could do and on top of it all I couldn’t up grand my phone until January because of her mistake, 6 hours of my day trying to get help, went to cooperate site and they helped me in 20 minutes, The manager of this site could have easily voided this but refused. I will no longer be patronizing this site and people who decide to should be aware of their mishandling.
