This agent and all of her office staff have been my agent since the day I started to drive. They have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Wow what can I say about Melanie Cook she is the absolute best. From the ladies that work in her office all the way to the 24 hr hotline . It has been a 20+ yr relationship that is more like family than business. I would NEVER consider any other agent. My entire family is covered under the State Farm umbrella for our cars, homes, and life insurance needs. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!!
