Plumbing is unacceptable (sink,tub and toilet over flows.All kinds of bugs comes through the cracks in windows.Weord room across from my basement apartment.I call maintenance they give me excuses and all the office does is take messages.

too many mice the walls of the toilet are peeling off the oven never works and last year people tried to steal my car twice in the parking lot no camera no security. When you go or call the office for repairs they take ages to show up.

Reasonable rates, poor grounds keeping and maintenance.
