I went in worried not knowing what to do after my mom unexpectedly passed away, from the beginning they made everything so easy and took care of everything, the day of the memorial service they helped me set everything up and I was amazed how helpful they were and how perfect everything turned out, I will be forever grateful for this place for help making my mom's memorial service perfect.

Total dead beats, always late to pay. They get paid by insurance companies, but fail to pay their vendors. Owe us since 2021. Always receive broken promises. Had to send their account to a collection attorney.

First, let me say that I am confused about which business this address belongs to. Affordable Funeral Services and Marzullo Funeral Chapel use the same address but a different phone number. My experience with Affordable Funeral Services has been horrible. I spoke to Tim, who was very helpful initially but then quickly became rude and then unresponsive. Once while on a call with him, he hung up on me! If you are grieving for a loved one and want to be handled with care, I would not choose this place if I were you. Go somewhere else as I did.

Thank you Mike Marzullo and all your staff for your sensitive help during the sorrowful time for our family. Your expedient services in handling my nephew’s untimely death was supremely appreciated....especially by my sister and brother-in-law. Marzullo Funeral Chapel has our highest recommendation.

They poached me from Legacy Funeral Homes after my father entered hospice care and I primitively tried to handle his funeral arrangements after being told my dad had days possibly weeks to live. They overcharged me and I still have not received my fathers death certificates, What's lower than preying on grieving families? I'm looking into my legal options.
