Got yelled at for taking a picture of an item in the store, by a woman with short hair. Told me “CANT TAKE PICTURES IN THE STORE”. I asked where it was written that no pictures are allowed. She proceeded to be rude and belligerent. This will be reported to the airport liaison!

I had a Great experience @ this store! During a LONG layover I was determined NOT to spend $ BUT browsing your lovely store I found "The Best" scarf/cape on the sale rack, with tax /25 bucks. Sales associate was lovely. I Absolutely adore this scarf. Ty

The cashier was rude and condescending. I liked the socks I got, but I would have stuck around longer if literally anyone else in the world was working there. If you see a black lady with short hair and cat eye eyeliner, turn around!

This place is a joke. The store in concourse D across from Auntie Annie pretzels needs some customer service training. There were 0 customers in the store but the lady behind the counter did find the energy to snap at my child for looking at children's animal socks, after I told my kids they could each pick out some socks. I made sure to tell her this isn't ok and and we would be leaving empty handed because of her. Heaven forbid she actually have to move from behind the counter and reorganize any socks we may looked thru while shopping. You'd think that a place that relies on foot traffic would encourage people to look at inventory. I get that she must expect to do nothing for her job but she can at least do so politely. And if u have a problem with my kid (or any child), u say it to me (or the parent) so next time u don't look so surprised when I call u out on how wrong u were to your face. ✌️ Suggestion for owner/manager: have a talk with the woman that was working at 3:30pm on 10/17/22 because she is losing your store money.

I was hoping for a place to note this. On Sunday while waiting for a flight to Ft Lauderdale I stopped in this lovely store and wanted to purchase a pair of gold or bronze colored flip-flops. The tag read $19.00 but the clerk rang them up and gave me a total of $30+ some change. I let her know the tag read $19.00 and she said "well it rang up $29.00 and left it at that. She did not offer up any reason or remedy so as not to create waves I said I did not want them for that price and I left. After some thinking about the whole scenario, I went back and asked again why the tag and register had conflicting prices and if in this instance shouldn't the amount shown to the customer prevail. She gave me a look as if my my question was odd and said "someone forgot to change the prices".I asked her twice for a manager or someone I could talk to and she said she did not have one. As I walked out and looked again at the flip-flops those, and several other pairs had the $19.00 crossed out and $29.90 written in, red ink.Marshall Rousso's, the store was quaint and nicely set-up with beautiful things to look at but as someone previously said, the customer service is not great. Too nonchalant and too unconcerned.*No longer about the money but the principal - even if it is just a pair of glorified flip-flops.

Found a sweater to keep me warm on the plane before my flight here! The associate was so friendly and went above and beyond with customer service - thank you! Check out their novelty socks wall - so many cool designs...wish I had come to the airport earlier so I could browse more
