Bought a Santander shirt late August, 2 weeks later (3 washes) it fell apart at a seam on the shoulder. I called and spoke with a lady and explained the situation telling her on the phone I had the credit card transaction, but not the actual receipt. She told me to come in and a manager would be able to assist in swapping it out. After driving 40 minutes to get to the Team Store, the manager said without a receipt she couldn't do anythingnsince she couldn't verify how much I paid for it. I wasn't asking for a refund, just to swap it out for the same exact shirt, so I don't understand why the purchase price would even matter. So a 40 minutes drive and paying a toll to get there for terrible customer service. I used "Os Pay" to pay and was told that nothing tracks in Os pay either.

The Store wasn't busy, as today's game is away. Everyone was very helpful, and I got the polo shirt that looks best on me!

Went during the sold out O's Phillies game 6/15/24. Very very busy and packed store but was in and check out with our purchase very quickly! Very impressive!
