2 stars because some of the associates were friendly. However, I was looking for a picnic table. Asked the garden section lady at the register who was super nice and the man she asked for help who advised me they were past the grills. Walked all the way to the grills and up to the pro section to find there were none out. Found a lady near the registers who wasn’t doing anything for assistance to only get an attitude because of mentioning there were 11 available when the lady looked it up in the garden section. To then be told I had to go back to the garden section for them to help. Needless to say, I paid for what I had but had half a mind to just leave my cart. Checked out with no picnic table and won’t be back.

broken bags of mulch were discounted ,that was good business. Picked up stain for a deck ,the paint and stain assistant was very nice and helpful. 6-5-24

There’s a reason people go to Home Depot instead of Lowe’s…… an Employee walked right past me when I asked for help with lumber. One aisle over this employee was laughing while telling another employee “I’m not helping anymore white people today.” Not sure with that has to do with lumber?
I took my over 4k sale to Home Depot and will finish buying the rest of the lumber, windows, and siding for my house from Home Depot. I doubt Lowe’s in white marsh cares!! Eventually they will have to care when more and more customers that take their money to Home Depot. Lowe’s just lost over 26k out of my pocket this summer.

I visited this store to purchase an air filter and spark plug for my lawn mower. It wasn't that easy to find the items I needed and when I asked a store person about my needs, he just told me to go to the lawn mower area, I would find the items. I went to that area but unfortunately I couldn't locate the items. So I left the store and went to Home Depot and bought the items with the help of an associate.

Went to purchase a new refrigerator with my mom, went to checkout, and we were unable to use self checkout. Had to go to customer service because they had no registers with actual people. Then they had to call the manager, because we didn't use plastic. Just to count 9 bills.

Went looking for a storm door and there was no sales represenative on sight! And after requesting and waiting for 15 minutes we left to get other smaller items.
Brought my storm door online. Which is my normal practice!

I really liked this store and I always went there for buying different things until a terrible thing happened to me. I needed a sample color for my closet door to cover some scratches. I took a peice of sample from my door and went to store and gave it to the staff in the paint department. They scanned it for me and gave a color sample. I came back home and tried it and I saw that the color is completely different and didn'r work. I cameback to the store the days after that and again gave the color of my door sample to the staff. This time it was another staff and she scanned it for me and gave me anothe sample. I cameback home and tried it and again it didn't work. The color was completely different. This happened 3 time and I got 3 sample color and none of them work! The worst part is each time they charged me and they didn't accept return for the wrong ones! Now, I paid $12 for nothing and none of those samples worked for me. Very terrible experience and I am very disappointed! As you see in the picture I needed White color and 3 times they gave me light gray instead of white and none of them worked! I paid for nothing!!
