Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I first saw Megan in a local big box store. I appreciate that she was not just trying to sell me furniture, she gave me information to make an informed decision for my investment. When visiting the Lovesac store, at no point did I feel rushed to make a decision. I had multiple questions about warranties, discounts and ways to arrange the pieces I was considering purchasing. Overall great experience and I feel very confident I’ll be pleased with my purchase. Also, my final price was great!!

I spent $6,000+ on a Sactional and discovered that a few of the pieces would not work for me. When I attempted to return a few of the covers, was told that they were "custom" and non-returnable, when the fabric I purposely selected was "stock". Was told by Manager and DM that there was "Nothing further they could do to help". Is this the type of Customer Service to be expected from LoveSac? I'll never buy another piece of furniture from you again.

The Lovesac Harbor East team was so helpful, friendly, and clearly stand behind their product (shout out to Natalie!). They followed up with me personally to take advantage of a great sale. I love my new gorgeous, comfy sectional. It's so well made and sturdy. I love that I can wash the upholstery, change the fabric, and add or subtract sections to match future needs. I didn't have to worry about whether a large sectional would fit the narrow staircase because it came in 16 boxes. It arrived one week after I ordered it, whereas I've had to wait months for furniture from other companies. The back cushions are a bit too long (overhangs on one side and looks not quite right if I try to scrunch things together), so I'll see about ordering a smaller, deep seat cushion instead. The only hitch was that I didn't know when the couch would arrive and (living downtown) was worried about boxes sitting outside while I was at work. It looks like there is a function on the FedEx shipping manager site that allows you to select a more convenient delivery time for a nominal charge... didn't see this until it was too late. But everything worked out. Almost all the packing materials can be recycled (cardboard)--no styrofoam, minimal plastic wrapping. Assembly took two of us about 4 hours--directions were easy to follow. I am very happy with my purchase! Would definitely recommend Lovesac to family and friends.

Nick from Harbor East is awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable on the product we were interested at. He made the process seemed easy! Highly recommended! Always been a fan of Lovesac from the bean bag to the couch! Definitely high quality and good investment!!

Best experience shopping for furniture EVER! The sales person who helped me (Megan) was attentive to my needs and offered various options, but I never felt pressured. The entire environment was chill and welcoming. I can't wait to get my new couch!!
