A wonderful gift shop of eclectic, hand-selected items. The atmosphere allows one to use their imaginations when selecting: Clothing, gems, crystals, incenses, jewelry, specialty greeting cards, games for children (and adults too),Jellycat stuffed animals, and Fair Trade items! Once you are there, you will not want to leave!

I started working here several years ago after having such a pleasant experience as a customer. I can say that while some of our staff members may not be as outgoing as others, everyone is very nice and more than willing to help you should you need assistance. And happily, I might add. I can also attest to the trustworthiness of every single staff member. Not a single one of us has ever stolen a customer’s credit card information, nor would we, and no one called the store about any grievance. Ms Ela has us confused with another establishment where she used her card. As for the guy, John Davis I believe is his name, who’s mad we were closed every time he tried to visit us (was it 2 or 5 times, Mr Davis? You said it was 5 when we spoke), I was the person he spoke with on the phone and he was incredibly nasty from the very moment I answered. He did raise his voice several times as he proceeded to talk over me when I tried to provide an answer to his question, “IS YOUR STORE EVER OPEN?!”. No one should have to put up with that kind of obnoxious and yes, “difficult” behavior. Also of note and just for the record, we have two employees with Crohn’s Disease (I am one of them) and we occasionally have to close the store for a quick and temporary break without warning. Since this is a small retail business, we cannot always have two people on staff. I tried explaining this to him, but he really only wanted to yell at someone. Apparently he thinks it’s quite alright to abuse retail staff when he’s had a bad day. We are not your punching bag, Mr Davis. Sayonara, indeed.

Hands down, one of my favorite gift shops in Baltimore. As I shop here, I find myself repeatedly calling the name, "I Love That. Ooo. I love that. Look! I love this, too." The quality is great and the prices are quite reasonable. So much so that I can often get myself a little treat, too, whenever I'm there. Whether it's a baby shower, birthday, Father's Day, wedding or a personal pick-me-up gift, there's always plenty to choose from. From essential oils, toys, jewelry, clothing, hats, home & hair accessories, books, cards, pet gifts...it's all there. The inventory has unique finds that change seasonally. If you see it and you need/want it, you'd better get it! It will be gone! The owner and staff are friendly and helpful, too, and who doesn't LOVE THAT!?!

Awesome shop! I come here to find unique gifts for my friends and me. The ladies who work there are so great (and funny)! I love supporting a local women owned business.#notagrumpyboomer

Both times I have gone here in the middle of the day and it both times they were closed - on break. I get it that people need a break. How about maybe hiring another person? How about posting exactly when you will be back vs sitting around wondering / waiting to see when that person comes back? I called the 667 # and spoke with a lady and she told me I was being difficult and "Sayonara." She could obviously care less. I never yelled or cursed - I was FRUSTRATED. The customer is not always right but they are allowed to get frustrated! Obviously, Fionnuala, you're a great teacher of customer service skills.

It was something about this place that attracted me and I am so happy I visited this boutique. It was all positive vibes there, the nag champa was heavenly, and the wide variety of stones were beautiful! I purchased my first stone here and to be honest I've noticed a real difference since having my new stone. I was advised to purchase a stone that you're drawn to and I'm so glad I did. Once I purchased the stones, I was given a velvet bag for each of them and also literature on each one. I can't wait to go back!

I usually enjoy this place. We have spent good money here and I love the owner and her mother, but today there was another employee working and she was very condescending to us. She did not make us feel welcome.

A really beautiful and quaint boutique that has a little something for everyone. Local crafts are highlighted, but there are artisan made clothing, ceramics, toys, jewelry, rocks and minerals. It's a really fun shop.

Just moved to Towson last summer and had to find my go-to gift shop. I found it in Love That! Such a wonderful and unique selection of gift ideas for loved ones and myself! Fin, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. And love supporting women-owned businesses! Check it out!
