I had a really disappointing experience here. I brought in an iPhone 13 to have the back replaced, which should have been a straightforward repair. Instead, when I picked it up, the back was replaced but the side button was no longer working. Instead of trying to figure out what happened, the owner said he would charge the diagnostic fee to even look at a problem that he obviously caused.I declined but over the next several days, the iPhone slowly bricked. The side button continued to not work but then it stopped charging, the screen become unresponsive and the battery was emitting a smell. I brought it to the Apple store and they said there was a cable that controls the side button near the rim of the phone which the owner likely severed during the repair. They had no explanation for what caused the rest of the damage. I can only assume the owner caused some major damage during the repair that he either didn't realize or didn't want to tell me about.Unfortunately, my iPhone is no longer repairable so I have to replace it.Accidents happen but the really frustrating thing is that the owner wanted to charge me the diagnostic fee when it was obviously damage that he caused during the repair. I hate doing bad reviews for small businesses but hoping others can avoid what happened to me.

They charge you a 'diagnostic fee' about $60 which they don't tell you about prior to taking your laptop. It is also easily not seen in the form. Then they charge you a ridiculous amount which will force you to either pay or part with your diagnostic fee. I was able to fix the issue at a different shop for a fraction of what they told me to pay, but they took over $60 from me for 'diagnosing' an issue that I already knew.Their prices are ridiculous and it seems that they obviously don't tell you about the diagnostic fee and make it inconspicuous.

DONT GO THERE!! upon coming, they will tell you to fill an eform, the first page says you need to pay for $70 dignostic fee whether you choose to repair or not, which the words are small enough to be neglected, and you must click agree to the next page. i mean the two young guys are friendly, but they wont remind you of any fee you need to pay until you wanna take your laptop or phone back.the motherboard of my laptop is broken, and I already told them to fix my motherboard, after half a day, they told me I need to pay $950 to change it, because they need to buy it from other company, the price is insane. when I said I chose not to repair, they said i need to pay $70 because they spent time diagnosing that my motherboard is broken. how funny it is. my worst experience in America so far.

Lots of high quality refurbished electronics and a great place to drop off used electronics that might have some life left in it or useful parts! They also do repairs!!

Had a fantastic experience taking my Cintiq drawing tablet in. The guy who worked with me gave me a clear diagnosis of the issue and went out of his way to find out everything he could about the problem before dealing with it. 100% will be going back for future tech issues and I completely recommend them to anyone.

The owner is crotchety and it's not in a great location (although I don't know if any of Baltimore is a "great" location)I was able to get a used keyboard for $20 which saved my day

This place is terrible. They sold me a refurbished computer that did not work. I returned it and they exchanged it for another one that was so old that it was not compatible with anything. They exchanged that for one that worked in the store and then when I took it home would not stay on. When I took it back they told me that it was a motherboard issue and I owed them over $500 to fix it. These people are a a total fraud. Do not give them your money.

VERY disappointed experience. Called the shop to ask about a potential repair, however the owner was extremely rude and impatient on the phone, and won't even give a rough quote for the repair. Overall it just felt like nobody knows about computer like he does so everybody should just shut up and listen to whatever he says -- not a respectful and professional way to do business at all!
