I assisted a client to the clinic to say goodbye to her beloved 14yo dog. This is not the regular vet but the dog was really sick. The person who administered the medicine was, imo, heartless. I've seen animals put to sleep before and it was not handled like this. She administered the meds, checked the heartbeat, and said "Sorry for your loss.ok she's gone. Let me know when you're done and we'll come get her." Really?! The family is in pieces and that's the best you can do? When my 2 animals were put to sleep, at another vet, everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They light a candle at the front so ppl know someone is grieving a loss. This was just ridiculous. Would never go back.

Unexpectedly high priced. May revisit. High lab. fees.
Would appreciate upfront warning of service/meds pricing.

I definitely don’t recommend this place. We’ll not be going back!!! It is super expensive and did not resolve my problem with my cat. All she recommended was as blood work & Medicine that wasn’t needed. Went to another Animal Hospital, and exactly when the doctor came in & touch my cat & hearing out for his liver and heart. He instantly knew what was wrong with him with out radiograph. And told me my cat was constipated. I would love to get my money back!!!!

Dr. E is no doubt a good vet, but the price I had to pay for the 2 visits I have had for my rescue from BARCS was astronomical! The first for just the basics was almost 1,000 dollars. I could have fallen over. I stayed with him and watched and helped but she gave no indication of what her prices would be. The second visit was for diarrhea and vomiting and the price was $500. I asked before she began doing things on the second visit and was told that it didn’t matter what the cost. I must pay. What threw me the most was that on the second visit she told me that I needed to tip her new assistant that didn’t speak English. I asked what she meant. She said he did a good job standing with my dog on a table so I should tip him. I looked in my wallet and only had a $20. I asked for change and she said I will give it to him later from this and you will be given the difference applied to your bill today. I said I needed the change now to use for something on my way home. She disappeared for a while. She came back with a paper in her hand and gave me change. When I checked the change it should have been $15 because of a $5 tip. It was only $11. I asked why the change was wrong? She said “ I told you I had to buy a paper. What? So, I had to pay for her paper because she had no money in her drawer so breaking the $20 to tip her helper, was my cost. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I don’t feel she cares for my dog as much as she cares about making money. I won’t be going back!!
I really feel taken advantage of! ?

I unfortunately chose this clinic because my dog's usual vet was not open and also because it was an emergency. The veterinarian, Dr. Omobolaji Eniola, greeted me by telling me that I needed to hurry up and sign the forms because she had been there since 9am, which is not my concern. I disregarded the rudeness, filled out the form and relocated to the exam room which was not sanitized before my dog had entered. I previously watched the vet exam of the dog that was in the office 10 minutes before mine, she moved him into the waiting area due to her not being able to handle him in her exam room. Once I entered the exam room, I noticed that there was previous items used on the pet before mine still present. Mind you, I wasn't seen until about 30 mins after and I only stayed due to all the clinics closing early on Saturdays. The table also holding him had clearly not been sanitized. Although this was noticeable, she took care of my dog, I acknowledged it and said thank you. When it was time to pay, Dr. Omobolaji Eniola, told me she was cutting me a break and that her tech needed to go home so I quickly needed to pay and leave . She claims a $50 emergency fee was due, after rushing me out, even though the clinic closes at 6 pm. I arrived at 4:39pm. I asked for clarification of the price and she proceeded to rush me and deliver horrible customer service and was very rude. I decided to inform her that customer service is very important. This was my absolute worst experience at a veterinarians office. I would recommend the office in Padonia, much more clean and sanitary and the customer service is 100% wonderful . She also walked around the table to get in my face after I defended myself verbally and she threatened to call the cops despite the fact that I was willing to pay and did not assault her. I just wanted clarification, she was rude and I asked for clarification. I did not feel the most safe or appreciated by this clinic. Please choose wisely before you send your pups here!!! She does not value sanitation nor the customers that keep her in business.
