I wish I could have liked this place. The girl I had that helped me pic out dresses was so sweet and helpful. She was the best part of the whole experience. The lady who checked me out… well that’s a different story. She walked so fast and gave me such anxiety. I thought it was me just having all these emotions from saying yes but others even made comments. When I wanted to change my mind….it was a whole stressful situation. I asked to speak to the owner… told I couldn’t, I emailed the owner or to an email address I got an email from and nothing. They kept $400 of my money when the dress wasn’t ordered at all but I’m out of that store. I really wanted to love it there but customer service is #1 specially when it’s your wedding dress.

Very good customer service they help you picking your dress out ask you what you do and don’t like or want in a dress and help you find your match and the dresses are very good quality loved this place!

We had the BEST experience at Lily’s bridal! Kim, the owner, was the one who helped my daughter today. I gave her some information and a few inspo pics and she nailed it! The very first gown she chose was “the one”! Kim brought us several other options and tried different styles for my daughter, but we ended up going back to the first gown. Kim is so patient and extremely knowledgeable. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable in any way. I will recommend Lily’s bridal to every bride I know! Thank you so much Kim and Lily’s Bridal for an unforgettable experience!

Such an amazing experience! Kim was so helpful and really made it an enjoyable experience. It felt so much more intimate than some of the bigger bridal shops. They helped me find my perfect dress! I couldn’t be happier!

Delores helped me at Lilys Bridal from getting my ideas prior to my arrival, to taking her time listening during our consult time and finding my exact needs and wants for my special day. She is even helping me design and ordering sleeves to add to my dress. I would recommend Lilys Bridal- they were a pleasure to work with!

I recently had an appointment at Lily’s Bridal, and my family and I had the best experience! Kim and Maddy were so kind/uplifting and did an incredible job pulling dresses based off of my likes/dislikes. They were both so supportive— I would definitely recommend their shop!

I had been to many different bridal shops but felt 10x better coming to Lily’s. I was made the priority by my stylist only working with one customer (myself) at a time. I was given as many try ons as i needed to find the perfect dress. They also had lots of options for us curvy women. I found a fitted dress with some flare in my size (20) and this is all thanks to Lily’s and my wonderful stylist Dee. Thank you all and i cant wait for my dress to come in.

I came during their wedding dress sample sale on June 15. My appointment was at 10 AM and I was seen immediately. I had the awesome pleasure of working with Delores! She was amazing, funny, attentive, and really catered to what I was looking for in a dress. Even though we only had a hour she did not make me feel rushed and I was able to say Yes To The Dress!!!!!! ??
I was also able to meet the owner. She shared the story of how the store was named after her mom and it was such an amazing experience. I truly do appreciate them taking their time and creating a fun atmosphere for myself, and my bridal crew. ??

My experience with them was above and beyond !!! I didn't know what to expect as my first time shopping for a wedding dress and being plus size. As soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed and the very first dress they picked for me was SPOT ON MY DREAM DRESS. I ended up going back to it each time I tried on another dress. I finally said yes to the dress and they made it so memorable. Absolutely recommend them !!!

I must admit, I was never the girl that dreamed about my wedding - Up until I met my fiancé, I never thought about marriage. So when it came to what style dress I wanted - I was absolutely clueless. I booked my very first dress shopping appointment at Lily's fully expecting to just try on a few styles and get a general idea of what I like - I NEVER thought I would find my dress the first day but I did!! Dolores was so patient and listened to my rambling ideas/likes/dislikes and found me THE DRESS! I could not be happier with my experience with Lily's Bridal and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for their wedding dress or prom dress!

I loved the dress I found at Lily’s. Everyone was so nice too! They really have some unique dresses that can’t be found at other shops. They have a nice storage option too so I don’t have worry about my dress at home for a whole year.
