My grandson, who is an African American child, with 2 African American parents attends this center and Ms Robin along with her staff treats my grandson like their own. Ms Robin has a heart of gold and I love and appreciate everything she does for my grandson. Leaps and Bounds is an excellent child care facility. Love you Ra Ra in my Braxton voice?

totally wouldn’t recommend taking your kids here. The owner ms.robin is racist towards black people/kids, most of her clients are also. treating color kids better than black kids.

The teachers are friendly and professional. Robin is very understanding and goes out of her way to accommodate kids and their families.

Could not be happier with our experience here. Even with covid they struck a happy balance of being cautious without being ridiculous. Covid closures we're minimal (I think I can remember one) and I absolutely agreed with it. My daughter grew soooo much here and surprised me with her happy dropoffs every day. The staff really knew her well, even staff from other rooms. She came home with lots of art projects and keepsake things like with her handprint. To give some constructive feedback, I found it hard to learn everyone's name but a picture board or web page could have helped me (especially trying to make sure I remembered everyone during holidays).

I'm so incredibly happy to find a daycare that is so loving towards my kids. I've never once had to worry about their happiness or safety here, because the director and staff treat my kids as their own. My kids are excited to be there. Throughout the pandemic, they have kept the safety of the children a top priority. I highly recommend this learning center.

The owner Mrs. Robin is very honest and i respect that. She’ll try her best and will tell you if she isn’t a good fit for certain situations.

Dropping my child off at Leaps and Bounds is like dropping my child off with family. The owner, Robin, truly cares and is very engaged with the kids. The teachers are really good about working with the kids on milestones if they are lagging behind and they are always doing new activities to keep the kids engaged.

My 3 mo. old son is in excellent care here. All of the providers are extremely friendly to us during drop off and pick up. My son is engaged all day long, is happy, and is learning routine. After just one week he was able to go 3 hours between bottles without crying, something I admit I needed help with. I trust every person at this daycare without any doubts and am so happy that we found such a great place so close to home.

I was looking around for before care when I approached the owner, I told her that part of my payment will come from child subsidies, and I will pay the rest she immediately told me she did not have any spot for my kids and ignored all my calls after that.

I wanted to take my granddaughter here and I was approved for daycare vouchers, but they wanted $430 upfront and out of pocket from me before she could start there!!! That's absolutely outrageous!! Especially when I applied for daycare assistance because I can't afford that much!!

I was scared to take my child to daycare at 6 weeks but the teachers made me feel more at ease and comfortable. They really become part of your family and the teachers recognize each child by name even if they are not the teacher for the child's class. I would recommend this daycare out of all of the daycares I visited, Leaps & Bounds has a wonderful staff and child friendly facility.
