First I would like to begin by saying this was my second visit and I returned a second time because I was satisfied with the service. I scheduled a 10am appointment because I had an event to attend.. I was immediately seated and the technician removed my gel, placed the aluminum foil on my nails and began to service another client who came in after me by giving her a complete pedicure and manicure. I tried my best to be patient..by 11:45 my patience had worn thin.. I felt totally disrespected and like I didn’t matter..after threatening to leave the male tech finally completed my nails.. I would hate to think race was a factor due to the fact I was the only person of color..what added salt to the wound was hearing the two ladies who came in after me saying bye bye with extra emphasis.. I was given a 10% discount which really didn’t make up for my experience.. I will not go back again.

I’ve been a very happy customer since they opened - 10 years now. My customer experience at Lawndale Nail Salon is always relaxing and caring and the nail care is the best in the area for sure. Mia the owner and her team are fantastic! I love supporting this local business - it is a true gem and community meeting space.

What a gem! Lawndale is a cozy neighborhood spot in Roland Park. I've been coming here for years. The owner Mia is just wonderful. I highly recommend paying the extra $10 for the longer foot and leg massage. If you like strong, strong pressure, ask for Mr. Kim. I like Mia!

This was the worst pedicure experience I’ve had. The owner of the salon was nice however that doesn’t make up for the fact that the quality of my pedicure is horrendous. The man who did my pedicure didn’t even speak to me. He went ahead and shaped my toenails how he felt like after I asked for a square shape. I still have dead skin on my heels and my gel polish is smudged. To add insult to injury, they got the nerve to charge $60 for a gel pedicure. Never again.

5 stars for sure! Very clean, peaceful, calming music. No rush and very polite. I'm so glad I found them. They shared that we have Ibeen at this location for 30 years! Not a cheap make you wait, They tend to you from start to finish. I have to add the quality care and gentleness is 6 stars, worth every penny.

Do Not Recommend Ive come here multiple times, but this was the worst. I live very close to Lawndale, so i just came to get my acrylics off. Ive gotton acrilics off multiple times at other places and it has taken he 10-20 minutes but it took them 1 hour. They did not soak my nails or file them down, they tried to rip them off. they kept cutting them down more and more, and the more they tried to rip them off, the more it hurt. I have marks on my finger nails and a bruise on my pointer finger. they are vmore weak then when i have gotten them off in the past. When i got my french tips done weeks ago they said that this would be easy and they were chunky and they did not have good lines. I do not recommend.

I love this nail salon so much. They're well-organized, kind, fairly priced and it's so relaxing to be in there. It feels so much more personal of an experience than the giant nail place at the Rotunda. Very happy with my mani/pedi and will be back time and time again.Services: Pedicure

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I sat for an hour getting a fill in and when I decided to leave cause I just didn’t have any more time, he still wasn’t done shaping my nails. All I wanted was a gel full set and the man was so old and moved so slow. Not to mention, he unevenly placed the acrylic on my nails do they were very lumpy. Overall 0/10.Service: Gel manicures

I'm very impressed with my manicure. It has lasted for almost 2 weeks including playing the guitar. I've never had such a great manicure and will be back! The pedicure was also fantastic. She had hands off an angel!

DO NOT COME HERE. They are extremely under staffed. We made an appointment a week in advance and came on time. We witnessed dozens of other costumes with appointments waiting for at least 20 minutes to be seated. It took way OVER THREE HOURS for a basic polish acrylic nail set. I was sitting next to a customer who was telling me they were there for FOUR HOURS for a manicure. I was there for so long and my nails looked HORRIBLE. I showed them a picture as well as picking out a color. The nails looked so bad she told me to come in later for them to fix it after I told them I was already 2 hours late to work. The nails look nothing like the photo and i’m going to have to spend more money to fix it. Each nail is a completely different shape, the nails are bumpy and they have hair on them, the color is off. They had three different people try and fix the nails they were so rough and my fingers kept bleeding and they still hurt. Absolutely horrible service. Don’t waist your time and money, go literally ANYWHERE else. I can’t believe these people can legally work here they are so bad at doing nails it’s sad like honestly i could do a better job and i have!!Services: Gel manicure

I am not happy with the manicurist I got acrilic Manicur but it's been damaging after 3 days .
