Very short and curt. Asked for a cleaning of two bracelets and necklace repair. The older woman took my bracelets and washed them with hand soap; clearly not listening to my request for a service, looked over my necklace and deduced my repair service to yelling at me in front of other customers. She may have thought I wanted free work done so I kindly asked her calm down so I could again explain that I wanted to pay but I needed the work done that day. She then walked off and told me, "NO!"Now I could chalk this up to a language barrier issue, but the tone she used, the amount of time she gave, and the slamming of things (register drawer, pen, envelope) did not coincide with "misunderstanding."Spend your money where the employees appreciate and value your business!

With hesitation, I left my favorite watch with them because they couldn't do an on site battery change. They told me it would be ready tomorrow for 3 days. They are not responding to my calls or texts. I went to the store in person 2 days in a row because they told be "tomorrow" I am getting frustrated and worried about my watch. If they would have given me an honest answer to begin with, I would have accepted that and taken my business elsewhere. Now my watch is nowhere to be found and no response. I texted them in English and Spanish. It indicates my text has been "read", but no response or call. I just want my watch back and I don't care if they changed the battery!!!!!!!! Update: watch is ready and they added a new band similar to my old one at no charge. I'll add 2 stars for their effort.

Quick repair process for my beloved gold monogram necklace! Was repaired perfectly within 24HRs and cleaned to shine like new. I am very happy and found the pricing reasonable. Street parking is very easy to find near here, or if you live in nearby canton/brewers hill/Highlandtown, you can walk! They are fluent in English and Spanish, too.

Absolutely phenomenal service! The jeweler was able to fix my watch at such a fare cost I could not beat it anywhere else. The gentleman at laser jewelry was able to get it done in two hours when every other place I went said it had to be sent away with an extra cost. Highly recommended for satisfied service, good price with an honest staff.

Was on the lookout for someone who could repair a beautiful Peruvian bracelet I had gotten while in Peru several years ago. On account of it being so malleable it actually broke in half and I was sad I couldn't use it anymore. So glad I found this place and Carlos to fix it for me! Not only does he have lots of experience, he was so kind and helpful and even gave me some recommendations on good Peruvian/Latin food in the area. Highly recommend him and his skilled work! Will definitely come back if I need any other repairs
