I've been to this location a couple of times and the staff has always been kind and helpful. The facility is clean and tidy, although the waiting area is small. There are occasions when the line has been long, but the staff does their best to move things along despite how busy they are and while still maintaining professionalism and compassion.

The waiting room is small so it can feel tight if it’s busy, but every time I’ve been here the staff have been very kind and helpful. The reality of medical care/lab work is that some people are hard sticks and some people faint and need extra care- but I’ve never felt like they weren’t moving as fast as they could and trying to get people through while still being kind to the patients.

Had a great experience at this LabCorp! The employees were friendly and helpful. They also took me back very quickly, and had me out of the office very quickly. If I could give 10 stars I would! Keep it up!

Just went to this location today. Yes there was a bit of a wait, but that's healthcare, people faint and needed to be tended to when they get their blood drawn. Marsha was amazing, she only pricked me once and was super friendly and kept me calm during the whole blood draw. Highly recommend.

Waited 25 min past appointment time and had to go back to work. They did not tell anyone they were running behind. Initially tried to tell me that I had not checked in, but I showed the confirmation screen and they realized that I had. I think they skipped me because they let a guy who walked in from upstairs with no appointment go in almost immediately. Seemed very disorganized.

I will never come to this location again. The service is terrible. Very rude receptionist.

Marsha the tech was amazing. It always takes a while for them to find a vain whenever drawing blood, and i dread it. She was successful first try. I’m so impressed, and relieved from the experience!!!

Went there for test to determine immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and chicken pox, but the report did not reflect the chicken pox test. Had to go back twice before they agreed to take more blood and test for that. I got no apology for the screw up.

I use the Quarry Lake location because of the amazing phlebotomists there who had no problem finding my hard-to-find veins. They were always friendly too.
Three days ago, on August 20, the only phlebotomist there was a new employee (at least, I had never seen her before).
I asked her to use a butterfly needle that the phlebotomists had chosen in the past and advised me to choose in the future for my small veins.
She haughtily ignored me and got the regular thick needle.
She stuck the needle into my left arm and no blood came out.
She was able to draw blood from my right arm. Instead of leaving the needle and waiting for the slow flow to finish, she got annoyed that it was slow.
She started to twirl the needle inside the vein in all directions and then added an up-and-down movement, injuring the heck out of my vein. I told her she was hurting me and she sarcastically asked if it was my first time drawing blood.
The twirling movement happened a few times before in other Labcorp locations, that's why I stuck with Quarry. I shared the experience with some good phlebotomists (who can find a vein on the first try and not bruise me in the process). They said that the needle must not be moved around while inside the vein, it won't add to the blood flow, only cause injury.
I didn't tell her to stop moving it considering her dismissive attitude and refusal to use a butterfly needle. Some people take your requests as a personal insult because their ego makes it about them and not you, the patient.
I told her she was hurting me but, as I expected, she couldn't care less. Made a snarky remark and told me not to look. I've no problem looking at or dealing with blood. I have a problem when an incompetent arrogant woman actively injures me while sabotaging the process.
Of course, her twirling/stabbing tricks completely stopped the blood flow before the last sample was full. She just couldn't wait for the natural blood flow to do its job. When she saw it stopped she flunked the needle out as if she was fed up with me and tossed the half-empty sample in the tray.
Now I have a Labcorp test result that is... missing. There wasn't enough blood so I need to re-take it.
She didn't wear a name tag as Labcorp employees are required to. For those with hard-to-find veins who visit the Quarry Lake location, AVOID the woman! You'll get badly bruised and most importantly, you won't get your test results.
She is a short, slim black woman who wears a hijab (Islamic head covering).

Mouthy staff. Runs out of supplies and then will get upset when you ask them if they have updates on when they expect to have them back in stock. Don’t come here if you intend to have a reasonably timed lab work done.

I took my daughter last week to this location for routine lab work. The staff were amazing. When we got there the waiting room was pretty crowded. Nonetheless, the 2 receptionists worked quickly and efficiently. Despite it being full,we were in and out with in 45 minutes. The tech that drew my daughter's blood was also amazing. I was very impressed with the service. Highly recommend.

It's impossible to speak to someone at Labcorp at Quarry Lake. I've called 5 or 6 times over the past 2 weeks, and each time I end up with voicemail because "no one is available" to take my call. I left voicemail messages each time, yet I've not gotten a return call. The greeting on the voicemail is laughable because it says "your call is important to us." Stay away, they are definitely not customer service oriented.
