Ryan was amazing and pleasant. Checked me in smoothly, even with a issue with my insurance verification. His stick was painless and he even provided comforting conversation. Hopefully the employees that provided poor customer service are filtered out and my experience is one everyone can encounter

Phlebotomist did not introduce herself and was very quiet. However, she did have good technique and was efficient. In and out in about 15 minutes.
