Terrible management and staff, the sauna it’s been closed for like 10 months or more because they cave a cockroaches infestation.

This is one of the newer faculties. It is still nice with working equipment. As many of the newer faculties there is no basketball court or sauna. Not sure why they’re doing away with those items but the space is a nice size and it very bright and open.

Just joined the gym last week. When I received the tour, I asked the young lady what amenities does the gym offer, she had no idea what amenities were. I was then sat with Victor, he was texting the whole time. When I brought it to his attention he just got up and walked away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.While at the gym I had to search for something to clean the equipment. That just lets me know that no one is cleaning the equipment. Also I had on a pair of light blue workout pants (this is important), I used the mat in the stretching area and my knees were brown from how filthy it is in there. What gives!?!?!

While in the showe there cleaning men put up signs are working but dont check if eomen are in the bathrooms or showers They put up signs while women are in the showers then go in and clean when ask to leave he refused to do so.

I really wanted to love this gym. I’ve been here for a while now and the Sauna has been out of order for almost a year? Or longer. It’s very disappointing. Now I am here mostly everyday and now the WiFi is not working either.Let’s not even speak about the ROACHES that are spotted here and there, reasons why most ppl walk around with their gym bags while working out. This gym is 8 minutes away from me and that’s why I continue to come here. STAFF is friendly and I guess the issues is much bigger than them.Please get it together.

It's a gym! The trainers are nice, they have decent equipment. It's close to Hopkins Bayview.

I loved this gym when I joined abt a year ago but since then, not so much! The sauna has been closed for months with no explanation why! That was 1 of the main reasons why I joined. The staff is ok not too friendly. Bathroom has roaches!

The sauna has been out of service for way too long!!!I feel very disappointed about the sauna because it is still out of service. I have been out of service for a year!

I love the environment here, it is like no other. The staff is great to be around, they are super friendly. Steven will greet you once you walk in and Pepsi always checks in on you to make sure you aren’t slacking in your workout.Having been at this gym for a year now; I have my own group of gym friends. They not only make me want to come to the gym more, but also push me inside and outside of the gym. Come to LA fitness you won’t be disappointed.

Great gym, and support staff. The turf area is one of the best free spaces I’ve seen in an la fitness. Also the trainer Ray has been very helpful with new leg workouts.

Love this location, very clean and the atmosphere is super awesome. Super friendly & personable staff. Love my gym worth every penny. Pepsi the GM is also awesome!!!
