I feel very fortunate to have found Kyle. As a first time home buyer, I was very hesitant in many aspects of purchasing a home. Kyle was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable when guiding us through every aspect of the process. If I had any questions, she was always very responsive over text and email. She was always available to show us any property we were interested in, and gave us the space to make our own conclusions about the properties. She ultimately was able to close a deal for a house we found in an extremely competitive market. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

Kyle is amazing! She is incredibly responsive and reliable. She helped us through the entire process of selling our home (after helping us buy our home two years earlier) and made the process as smooth as possible. Kyle sold our house in ONE week - over ask, no contingencies, no inspection, all cash! She was super responsive to the many questions I had throughout the process and was a great advisor with a few things that came up before closing. Highly recommend her!!

Kyle excels in every trait that you would want in an agent! She is smart, knows her stuff, keeps you informed and is thoroughly responsible. We used her for buying and selling, so we really got to appreciate her full range of skills. She understands how to market property during this pandemic, including the use of social media and video tours. Her positive attitude was also helpful (and ultimately correct in both transactions). Kyle provided extremely useful advice on everything: pricing, strategy, negotiations, marketing and design. She seemed to be available to us 24/7. Overall, Kyle is an incredibly likeable and competent person in whom you can have complete trust and confidence!!!
