The staff is amazing! I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours from the time I pulled up with my old vehicle until the time I pulled off with my new vehicle! The sales department is very low pressure if any at all. My salesman Danny was amazing; he and I struck up a conversation and he answered any questions that I had. The test drive, trade-in process, paperwork, and financing were all absolutely painless and completely transparent. Danny truely tried and got me every rebate and discount that I qualified for without asking. The finance team was truly amazing as well. No up-selling of plans but more of an education of what all the plans offered without pressure. Great team and experience! Would highly recommend.

Ask for Derek Lewis, he was great! Derek was incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained all the features. The finance team was quick, and the overall purchasing process was incredibly easy. I will definitely come here for any future Ford purchases.

Salesman was great. But truck didnt have a front tag bracket to hold tag on delivery. I was told they were going to order. I contacted a couple times to find out statis and they said they were waiting for it to come in. Its been about 3 months now. Still no tag bracket. Would be a 5 star if they would have got me the 17 dollar tag bracket so the truck can legally ve driven on MD roads.

Unfortunately, I had to change my review. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Koons Ford to anyone and would warn them the "good deals" come with a cost. They changed the written/documented deal and claimed it was for another vehicle when it clearly showed with Vin # what truck I was intending to purchase. After I contacted them I couldn't get a response for nearly a week and then was accused of not responding. When I went to get face to face answers I was told I was foolish for thinking I could get the deal I was provided. Shame because it was the second vehicle we bought there and were looking to purchase two more. Needless to say it'll be the last time our family will ever do business with them. I'll also be sure to make sure no one else wastes their valuable time or hard earned money there. "Koons are Krooks" and they have no moral character as far as I'm concerned. Buyer beware

Found a vehicle I was interested in on the website. I made contact with a sales person who confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot. I kept them apprised of my timing as I cleared my work schedule and was at the dealer within 3 hours. Once I sat down I was told the vehicle I was interested in had sold “minutes ago”.
Terrible waste of time and likely a tactic to get customers in the door. 0/10 do not recommend these time wasters.

Great place to buy a car. I made the deal over the phone and drove down from NJ to pick the car up. Dany was awesome, easy transaction, I would recommend this dealership as a great place to buy your next car or truck.

Really excellent. I've never left a review for a car dealer before but in this case it's warranted. Probably the best car buying experience I've had at a dealer. No hassling, no haggling, great customer service, in-and-out in record time. Very legit.
