Requested style: She did exactly what I wanted. She makes sure to keep me up-to-date too.
Hair type: My hair is gotten very wavy over time. Lisa’s been cutting my hair for years.

I had a mani/ pedi appointment followed by a hair appointment starting at 9 am. My wonderful hair stylist and nail tech were there but no one showed up to open the salon until 9:52..... we were all sitting outside waiting . When the person did show up, she didn't even look at us, no apology , nothing.... My time is valuable just like everyone else's is. Things happen and people run late, I understand, but an apology and a smile would have been nice. Not a great way to treat / keep customers. It's like no one cared, although my stylist apologized even though she didn't do anything to apologize for.

Rachel G is the best! Her skills are the amazing AND she is so warm and kind. She gave me the best hair cut and color I’ve ever had! She genuinely wants to make you look and feel your best. I look forward to my appointments with her :)

This office has a very professional feel. Our Doctor is very knowledgeable in her profession. My daughter is so pleased with her results. They give great reminders for upcoming appointments.

I've been going to KCO for three years mostly for haircuts, but today I got my curly-ass hair straightened, and trimmed. Sorry for cursing. Claire has been doing a superb job. I cannot fathom anyone else managing my hair. I trust her opinions and regarding her recommendations, she's correct 10 out of 10 times. Perfect score! A friend first set up an appointment with her for me three years ago so I didn't look like a sasquatch at her wedding. She found a winner in Claire. By the way, Claire is also a great conversationalist. I can talk a lot. I mean, look at this review already. To get through MY hair is somewhat of a challenge and it takes patience. She's got it in spades. I'm digging the new 'do today. Many thanks to Claire and everyone else at KCO. I'm sorry if I talked too much.
