I was seriously impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff at the Tech Store, from the front desk to the service tech to the manager, as well as the overall quality of service I received when I bought a new iMac. So much so that I described problems I was having with my old MacBook Air, brought it in for service and bought a new one! The technician (Jarrod?) was super helpful, thorough, and incredibly prompt. He transferred my data to the new laptop, reformatted the old disk and reinstalled the latest MacOS, patiently confirmed with me that everything was working normally after the transfer - all in the same day! Can't really ask for more than that.
