At first I was skeptical about jimmy working on my car. He gave me a timeline but took an extra day. But all in all he did an excellent job. He even did some extra work I asked him to do on my car. Great job sir.

Very bad impression to the shop's dishonest. No guarantee and no refund for their repair, unless you signed a document with them that they can't deny. I asked them to check my car's backup camera which didn't work sometimes. The camera only worked for one day, while they didn't want to take their responsibility. Will never visit this shop again!

Terrible experience with this shop! I have this shop to replace my brake pads for my SUV in January 2020. Later I went to Costco Tire Center to replace tires in August 2020. However, Costco Tire Center could not take tires off. So I had to visit Subaru Dealer to take examination, and found that 7 nuts and studs on four wheels were damaged due to the immediate last tire installation. Subaru dealer informed that this damage was due to in-correct tire install procedure with the guns. I talked with shop owner and he DID not admit it at all.I recalled that this shop used several mexico guys to install tires on my SUV. It appeared that those "technician" were not trained or certified to do tire install. Conclusion: don't use this terrible shop at all!Service: Brakes
