Saw a man being harassed and later assaulted by the manager earlier today. It felt like a very racially targetted incident. The man seemed genuinely afraid, I tried to defend him but I didn't want to also get assaulted. Hope justice is served, then I will change my review, as the products and variety are great.

They don't really help they say next line then 25 minutes or so waiting in line and don't even open a line the carts are really bad I had a back pain from pushing the cart when there was little item on there prices are rising ??♂️

Half the staff are wearing masks that comply with CDC guidelines, and about 30% of customers are properly wearing masks (masking not enforced at all). Some customers are walking around with no mask on at all, touching packaged food items even. Tried to get out of here as soon as possible because this amount of carelessness is kind of ridiculous. Very disappointed.

This Jetro is a very nice place to deliver. They do have overnight parking,drivers please don’t blow it, be clean and do not toss garbage in the lot. I was unloaded in about 40 minutes.

I started this review 2 years ago and for some reason it didn't submit. Well, nothing has changed. I have since sourced out other places for 90% of my needs, but have to go in here occasionally for some things I can't find anywhere else. The notion of customer service does not exist. The lines are excruciatingly long, especially when some people have 2-3 jumbo carts filled to the top. If you only need a few things, think again. I've tried to figure out why they can't have a line for 10 items or less. Asked once, was told "we're not a supermarket." Yeah, well I'd go to a supermarket and pay more if I could find diced chicken someplace. Have never stood in a line when I couldn't commiserate with others in line about how much we hate this place.

Great prices. But whatever you save on food you lose waiting in the ridiculous lines. Old, old systems and they dont care how long lines are. I had to give up in this place.
