The staff is very friendly. The service is somewhat unorganized. I replied to a quote I received online on a Saturday for a mobility vehicle and received a call asking me to come in that evening. When I got there, the person that specializes in these types of vehicles wasn’t there and no one else could really explain it. 1st wasted hour. Went back on a Monday and worked with the salesman. I thought at that time I would be letting the vehicle I was purchasing, but I was told it was late and they were not able to verify my payment. 2nd wasted few hours. Went back the next day and again spent several hours only to find out that the extended ward was not offered nor added to the loan. I was able to leave with the vehicle, but now I have to go back again to sign new paperwork with the extended warranty added. The person assisting me was very knowledgeable about the mobility features, but not so much about the paperwork and other options to getting the loan settled. I also feel like there is a bit of a bait and switch going on with the online prices versus when you get there. I was not pressured into buying a vehicle, but feel that it was understood that I really needed the vehicle, so that gave them more leverage. (Purchased a vehicle with a ramp/lift).I was at this location multiple times (at least 4) just to purchase the vehicle. I am a little frustrated at the process. This was my first experience with a mobility vehicle so I am hoping if / when I need another one, it’s better.

I honestly was shocked at how everything they said was actually true and happened unlike most dealerships. I was willing to put $1,000 on a car to get approved but they got it done with nothing down as a surprise for me. Herman Jones was great and I recommend doing business with him.

Very pleasant service experience for the 25k service on my 22 RAV4. My advisor Jamie, kept me informed of the approximate time my service would take, and had me ready to go as promised. Thank you Jamie!

What a horrible experience! Bait and Switch. I called before driving an hour and a half to this dealership to verify the sales price and made sure I told him I was coming from Frederick, MD, with the sales manager, Ben. Once I arrived, was shown the vehicle and told I did not qualify for that price due to where I lived in MD. No apology and the sales guy just walked away from me. I called back to speak to Ben about this and he basically called me a liar and said I never said the sales price listed in their ad and offered nothing. Wasted 3 hours out of my day and missed out on another vehicle at a different dealership because they just sold it, while I was on my wild goose chase to Jerry's. I will make sure everyone I know, knows what they get at this dealership.

WARNING!! If you are a young woman do not go to Jerry's Toyota in Nottingham! They will take advantage of you especially Verlyn! He charged me 4,000 above MSRP, added lo-Jack saying it was included with the car and then charged me $995, and there was a cheaper monthly pmt option that he neglected to share with me! I showed my contract along with the window sticker to multiple people in the car business and they all explained that I did get ripped off. I explained this to the dealership and they tried to gaslight me. I have bought 4 brand new cars from them and they refused to help me with this. They have no loyalty to return customers at all.

I brought my car in for an oil change, for which I had an appointment. They told me it would be two hours, which I reluctantly accepted, although it seem excessive. After two and a half hours, I told them I had to leave soon, so they needed to hurry. Instead they brought my car back, having done nothing in two and a half hours. No oil change, no nothing. Then when I told them it was unnacceptable, they tried to lecture me on how I should behave. They are total idiots and I will never come back here for any reason. You shouldn't either.

I bought my 2008 RAV4 from Jerry's Toyota. Periodically, I receive coupons for an oil change or something else from them. I have another Toyota, a Camry, for which I also receive periodic coupons (I didn't buy it at Jerry's). The coupons are VIN number specific and rather than check the coupon when I came in, the dealer ship did the service and AFTER the service told me they would not honor the coupon because it was for the wrong VIN. I had had the other car, the Camry, done just a couple of weeks before so they should have known it was the wrong VIN but the service department didn't bother to check. When I was upset about being charged nearly 3 times the coupon price, the staff was extremely intransigent and would not consider honoring the coupon. The dealership has always been very inflexible and an uncomfortable place to deal with and this was the icing on the cake. I got an expensive oil change, much more than my regular mechanic, I and I would never buy another vehicle from Jerry's nor go there for any other reason. There are better places to buy a Toyota or have your car serviced. AVOID JERRY'S.

TL;DR: Do not purchase a car from Jerry's Toyota.Update: the dealer called and offered to fix the center console armrest if I removed this review, but they would not fix the GPS navigation unit. I declined their offer as the navigation screen issue is the biggest issue for me.I purchased a Toyota certified used Sequoia at near new MSRP. Since it was Toyota certified, I thought it would be a safe decision. After I signed the documents, the salesperson told me it only had one key and he said he would get in contact with the customer who sold them the vehicle to get the second key. A Toyota certified used car should have two keys, as indicated on the Toyota 160 point Quality checklist (see picture), but I trusted the salesperson would get me the second keys, so I gave him the opportunity to get the second key from the previous customer who sold the car.The car had less than half a tank of gas at delivery, the salesperson told me that Jerry’s only adds $10 of gas for used cars. When I was driving home, I noticed there were stains and stickiness on the interior leather and sticky residue on the glass. When I test drove it earlier in the day, I asked if they were going to clean the interior of the vehicle, to which the salesperson replied they would. I assumed the vehicle would have been cleaned during the three hour long buying and financing process, but they did not clean the car at that time. A Toyota certified used car should be cleaned, as indicated in the checklist (see picture).Once I got home, I started cleaning the car. Not only were the interior surfaces sticky and dirty, but there was melted chocolate in the cubbies all throughout the car. I also started noticing a faint odor that was originally hidden but started to smell more though the day and into the next day. I spent several hours cleaning all the cubbies, dashboard, interior surfaces, and leather. I used Ozium to help with the smell. While cleaning, I noticed a puncture in the console armrest lid and the GPS screen was loose. I texted the salesperson who asked me to bring it back so they can fix the issues.A Couple days later, I took the Sequoia in to have the salesperson look over the issues, he was able to have the cleaner scrape off the sticky residue off the windows, but I had already cleaned everything else. He told me to schedule an appointment to get the GPs screen fixed. There was no update on the second key at this time.To make a long story short, after going back and forth for 3 weeks, I was finally able to get in contact with the Director of used sales who authorized a second key for me. He also tried to get the console armrest puncture fixed, however it looks much worse now as it no longer matches the color and texture of the original finish (see pictures). He also will not fix the GPS screen as he stated the interior bracket was damaged and the whole unit needs to be replaced. I was shocked that they gave it Toyota certification with these issues and refused to fix them. I even offered to pay for half the cost of the new replacement GPS screen, but he refused. Currently, he isn’t responding to how they are going to address these open issues, so I am stuck with them.Do not purchase a vehicle from Jerry’s Toyota.

I was referred to Jerry’s Toyota by my pre-approved lender. Lee contacted me immediately with different options online. After a few discussions, I scheduled an appointment with him. He truly made this process run smoothly from start to finish!! I drove home in my new car the same day!! I couldn’t be happier!!
