Recommend by a friend who comes here often, also asked a family member who comes here about her experiences and I've heard nothing but great things; so I decided to come in and im SO glad I did! The stylists are so knowledgeable and really have good people skills, anyone you get in here will have you leaving with an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.

I've been waiting for my order for 3 weeks and this White Marsh store won't even answer the phone, so I can get an update or a refund. This is ridiculous! No merchandise and no refund. Terrible customer service!!!

Multiple trips to The White Marsh Mall JC Penny has brought me to the conclusion that it was not just a bad day but a new norm. We encountered multiple dressing rooms closed with long waits to try anything on. The single dressing room that was open was dirty and cluttered with items that had not been collected. In an effort to obtain a better try on experience purchases items to simply try on at home. When the time came to return the wrong sized items one single line in the store was a dozen people deep with one single person performing returns. Of considering JCPenny save your time, money, and irritation - just shop with Amazon! JCPenny if you hope to save the brick and mortar store - you will simply need to do better!

I had a touch up, cover my roots. Hairdresser banged me in head with blow dryer. Had to be told to take off color on my eyebrows which even I knew it would stain my forehead. Too overpriced for clearly not experienced hairdresser.

I made an appointment for a Sunday at 11:00am. They did not tell me that JC Penney is closed until 12:00pm on Sunday so I stood outside, locked out for awhile being ignored by the workers in Penney's. I called the salon and they sent a manager to unlock the door. When I arrived my stylist was nowhere to be found so I left after 20 minutes. It's not that big of a deal but I was furious.

Lil Blonde Lisa did an awesome job on my hair. She took her time which meant alot because my hair was in bad shape. She highlighted my hair and offered me a Olaplez ( I think that's what it's called ) treatment which I'm now hooked on-my hair feels so soft and is is laying well after I blow dry it. I usually drag my feet to the salon, she made my time spent fun talking as she did my hair. I actually sent my Husb to her and she is now his go-to for cuts.

i love JCP Salon!! the woman that work here are awesome, professional and COVID safe. I would recommend anyone looking for a convenient cut or color to ask for Lois!!! she kills my blonde every time i need a refresh. Holler at the JCP Salon girls!!!!!
