This mall is already much less impressive than nearby Towsontown Center. The service from the mall security and the individual stores is the reason online shopping has become the preference. It is amazing that in a struggling industry, such as shopping malls, that individuals in a service job do not adhere to common courtesy, decency and respect for their patrons. Today was very disappointing. I will continue to travel to Towson or Columbia for better levels of service. You can buy the same merchandise anywhere, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is what brings loyalty.

I was going on a Tour bus trip and the Mega bus all going to NYC leaving from the White Marsh park and ride. The Mall is a great place to shop.

There are quite a few store empty. JCP and Macey's still there. And a few other stores. But was able to find a pair of shoes for an up comming trip.

There is lots to do at the mall. It used to be much better and lively, but it's slowly dying. Hopefully the new tenants can get the mall back to what It was.

Been around since before I was born. They are doing a lot of upgrades/remodeling in the area bringing up to date with the times. Visually Appealing and attractive. Good time and fun experience

Shame how this mall has gone down from when I was a kid. Went in there for lunch was approached outside by a guy holding the door for me asking me for money to hold the door. When I was inside eating I was approached while eating asking if I had any change. No security in sight.
