I was in a pinch and really needed a GOOD realtor to sell my home. I innocently googled a Baltimore realtor and paid careful attention to Jamie’s reviews. Once I felt confident enough to reach out and we had our first phone call, I knew I had made the correct choice. She did her research before our initial call and came ready with strategies to sell my home. At several points while the house was on sale, she remained positive and optimistic, while giving her best professional opinion on my best course of action. Jamie made wise decisions and trusted her gut (like updating the listing’s photos) which resulted in a huge turnout for the home, multiple offers, and ultimately our best and final offer. Everything worked out better than I expected and I’m grateful. Would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking to sell a difficult home or buy a new one!

First off all, I was desesperate on selling my property in Baltimore city and she was recomended to me but I didn't beleive that she was what they say about her. when I finally decided to call her, the only fact that she was so excited renewed my hope. When she visited the property, she promissed selling it as quick as possible. the first week when she took over, I was really impressed by receiving updates almost every day. She focus on what could positivelly impact the value of the property. I really enjoy her professionalism. She sold my property over the listing price and in a reasonable time.

I strongly recommend Jamie. When I went to sell my house, I wanted to leave the area as soon as possible so I wouldn't be present to sell the house. Jamie took care of everything, from scheduling services and repairs on the house to helping with negotiations.

Jamie Koehler is the BEST agent I have ever worked with, and I am so happy she was recommended. She really understands how to sell a property! She paid particular attention to selling my property in Baltimore city. By focusing on what was most important in the value of my house, she was able to get me well over listing price in such a short period of time.

Jamie is the agent that everyone hopes to work with. She is a attentive, very communicative, great negotiator, has alot of valuable resources, and truly cares about her clients. Jamie got my house staged, photographed and listed within just a few days. After listing, we received 3 offers, 2 of which were over list, in the first week. She held my hand throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier. If I buy/sell again I'm only working with Jamie.

I have worked with Jamie for several years, as both a seller and buyer. Her knowledge and attention to detail is extraordinary. She is patient and yet forward, as is necessary in the real estate world. I never have to worry if Jamie is “asleep at the switch.” Our most recent transaction consisted of purchasing to two properties from the same seller, but the deal was very, very challenging. Jamie NEVER gave up or gave less than 100%, even when it looked like our bid would not be accepted. We eventually settled, thanks to Jamie’s hard work and perseverance.

Jamie is THEE agent if you want to sell your home quickly, seamlessly, and for a good price. Jamie is a joy to work with and works hard to ensure an incredible seller experience. Even in advance of listing our home, she was a critical advisor and resource in preparation. She helped coordinate details that were critical to our ultimate success such as identifying a trustworthy and competent stager, scheduling amazing internal and external photos, and helping to produce attractive advertising materials such as flyers and a coming soon that really solidified a great first impression. She also managed to do this while being sensitive to our schedule as two full time working parents with young children and despite some early challenges with having to move dates. We were kept in the loop on everything and felt very well informed throughout the entire process. She ran a seamless and very well attended open house, clearly a testament to her work mentioned previously to advertise our home. Her organization for the presentation of our multiple offers was very clear and efficient, and she did extensive due diligence on the offers prior to sharing to get us as much information as possible. All of this was critical in allowing us to review and make the best decision quickly. Moving and selling/buying homes can be beyond stressful, but I have never been less stressed under Jamie’s kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable care. Nothing can truly convey how much appreciation we have for Jamie and her help in making this process, dare I say, ENJOYABLE. Although we hope to not have to buy or sell another home any time soon, we will for sure be using Jamie again if/when that does happen.

From the offer on March 14 to the closing on March 31 she calmly guided us every step of the way! I felt like her only client. Never abandoned! We had been searching for months. She patiently asked what I was looking for in a home. Her priority was always to check the boxes which matched my expectations. No pressure on me whatsoever!!!
