“This location is a few blocks up from my job. I rarely go into branches but this one in particular normally provides good service. I've never seen more than about two teller windows open but they are usually pleasant and efficient with my transaction, even the security guard greets you when you enter the building. I've used the ATM several time and have had no issues. Will continue to visit this branch when I need to.”

12 E 25th St, Baltimore“I'm a PNC client, savings and checking. I really think that PNC customer service is just fantastic in this day and age, that's why I have an account with this bank. I loathe M&T bank. I couldn't even post enough horrible comments about that organization. Enough said but the only negative about PNC is their lack of branches where I live and the lack of ATMs at the 25th Street branch. There's one ATM and over 5 miles to another branch since they closed the 33rd Street branch in the Giant food store a year ago. When going to the ATM on 25th I am constantly waiting a very long time with customers unable to operate the ATM due to education negativity. These inner city individuals cannot understand how this ATM works which causes alot of frustration for others that have common sense to push buttons for navigating your account. I've waited over 20 minutes waiting for an individual to draw out funds but are not educated enough to work a simple ATM.. it's amazing that these individuals are able to spend free money but are unable to make a simple withdrawal from a ATM..”
“James M. review update: I called Stansberry research and was helped by a nice lady. She explained that I purchased a service one year ago. I have several. It had an autorenewal. I either forgot about the renewal or did not read the entire contract. She said that I had 30 days to cancel. I cancelled and received a full refund in in seven business days. I do read the investing information I receive from them. I would give them five stars for their customer service and four and a half for material content.”
