I got into an accident on I-95 we were towing a trailer that got damaged , we got a u hail to toe the trailer, when the guy came to help us he went out of his way to fix our trailer and return the u haul so we didn’t have to deal with both trailers, guy was so nice and helpful

Called last weekend to get some help. Very quick service and I was looking forward to finally getting an honest roadside assistance company. Said they’d be there in 20 minutes.They never showed up. I called at least 5 times over the next hours and they never answered again.Do not post my phone number, whoever replies to these reviews—Doxxing is illegal.

These guys were awesome. After AAA left me stranded from 10:30pm-4:00am i finally got a hold of these guys who did everything they could to try and replace my blown out tires after that didn’t work they were there quickly to tow me for a great price to where i needed to go. Will be calling these guys whenever i need anything else.Services: Car towing

ICAR Roadside assistance came to my rescue after a long day of travel when I got in my car and the tire pressure light came on. After attempting to fill the tire with air at three separate gas stations with no success and decreasing PSI (ended up with 8psi) at each gas station, I admitted defeat. 90 minutes from home at 10pm on a Wednesday night I attempted to contact my AAA and got no answer despite repeated attempts and waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes total. ICAR was the result of a Google search but their service was fantastic! They were able to immediately dispatch a roadside service tech but the dispatcher also came out himself to make sure that we had everything we needed in the meantime. He helped us get the spare tire out and repacked our car while we waited for the tech to arrive to check the original tire and change to the spare. They were there within 15 minutes of the call and had us on the road in no time! The dispatcher was friendly and fantastic and the service was excellent! They made a very frustrating and stressful situation a little less so!

Absolutely awesome service. After waiting over two hours for a AAA-assigned driver to simply inflate the spare (tire change dude's compressor broke), the gentleman who took my call was there in 15 mins, at 9p on a Friday. Got me safely back on the road quickly. Will call these guys any time I need roadside from now on.Service: Tire change

Called to get jump start guy answers said, 15-25 mins and never showed called several times and no one e ever answered would never use.or.try to call them again
