Fire was in the parking garage smoke reeked through the building yet when the front desk was called, a lie was told and no one was informed and I could not sleep due to that unbearable smoke and thought of death if I did.

The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is perfect for easy access to all the attractions in the inner harbor and downtown Baltimore. The staff here is AWESOME and Rose and Raphael took great care of me while I stayed here for the NCNW 61st Convention. I definitely will come back for future stays.

This is a great hotel downtown with a wonderful location. It is always clean and so many things to do inside of the hotel. The staff is also very friendly.
