I definitely recommend them for your taxes and I have been using them for over 6 years but last year I had very frustrating situation with them because i had bought and sold crypto currency from different platforms but they were not able to do my taxes and staff seem like they didn't have enough knowledge when it came to crypto currency. So if you have crypto I wouldn't recommend them. I ended up filling my self and it was so easy makes me think they didn't know how to file crypto and didn't know crypto tax laws.

Do not use this location!!!! Dropped off my taxes and when I called back a few days later they hadn't even pulled my documents to start, and treated me like I was in the wrong. Then they messed up my daughter’s taxes where she is having issues signing her documents. The older woman who works the front desk is extremely rude when calling. My daughter called to get clarification and assistance and this woman was soooo rude to her. I was forced to call back after my daughter to get assistance; and sure enough she was so mean rude and dismissive.

Ms Wanda made my tax filing process EASY! I felt like I was able to sit back and let her take the wheel with things. We talked and laughed a bit which made the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. As long as she’s around, she will be who I book with every year for my tax return!

Do not go to terry brown very unprofessionalIt looks like his get highHe asked me 5 to 10 timesIs this your IP pin or my daughterI told him it was my daughter's because somebody tried to steal her information that's what's the IP pin number is for Mr Terry Brown proceeded to put in the IP pin number for me...Now I got to wait an extra week for my taxes. I'm through with h&r
