Vicki is the only groomer I go to for my babies!! She does baths for my dogs and does my cats nails, they are always so relaxed upon leaving. Love this store!

Pink hair, white female employee mistreating small, frightened dog.I pulled into the parking deck behind the groomer's building. Their back door was ajar. I witnessed an employee (caucasian female with pink hair) banging on the metal cage while yelling at the dog in the cage to stop barking. The dog was a small breed, shades of brown, and appeared distressed.This occurred on 04/11/2024 at approx. 4PM.

Howl in McHenry Row is wonderful! They have an amazing selection of dog treats & food. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. They introduced me to Saint Rocco’s Dog Treats, which are now my pup’s favorite!

The whole team at Howl is fantastic! We are especially grateful for Vicki, one of their super talented groomers. We have a large dog that is very anxious and afraid and Vicki has the perfect skills, patience, and kindness to put us all at ease. Plus, our dog looks like a million bucks after seeing Vicki! Thank you Vicki & the Howl team!

Great local spot with a lot of variety. They have high quality brands that I use for my cats and dogs. The staff is very friendly and personable. The groomer, Victoria is wonderful.
