My family has been coming to Houck’s for about six years and they are very honest. Today, I had a problem with my battery, or so I thought, I needed a new alternator. I was able to get in there immediately, they ordered the alternator and within one hour it was delivered AND they installed the part - all within the hour! They always get us in when needed and they’re the most honest repair shop around. Price wise, they are in the middle - not cheap but not ridiculous either and they are family owned. I highly recommend going to them for auto service.

Houcks is an Awesome place to get your Car worked on. When your check engine light comes on Houcks is who you call. First of all hes the Rare Honest Mechanic. Hes will fix what's wrong without adding unneeded work. Hes very Fair with his pricing and Guarantees his work. Bruce Houck works with his son. Both are Honest Quality people. You could call yourself Lucky to have found him. When he tells you how long it takes to fix it he delivers on time. I have nothing but good things to say about Houcks and highly recommend them.

Friendly people. Referred me to a place I was able to park my Jeep overnight after breaking down on our way home for Christmas. The place we brought it, however, was terrible. They tried to charge me 4k for a transmission. Too bad this place doesn't do transmissions... I'm sure Mr. Houck would do it for free. He does all the work for free then you pay him later on whatever you think is fair.
