The room was a little dirty. The fan hadn't been cleaned in a while, when I turned it on, dust flew everywhere, but the bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby.

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. My kids had just about one of everything as they couldn’t decide what they wanted from all the choices. Only 10 minutes from BWI. After a long flight the last thing we wanted to do was travel far to our hotel. So a great location! There is a 7eleven within walking distance and we felt safe. I did want to give a huge shout out to the shuttle driver Jeff. From the moment he picked us up he was super helpful. Nothing was too much and his willingness to help us find food and take us to wherever we needed was above par. He went above and beyond for us and helped make our stay that much better. So, a special thank you goes out to Jeff!

I stayed 3 nights with my wife, and I have to say, I was impressed. First off, the carpeting is a little dated, but that is pretty normal. My room was very clean. The front desk was very kind. The valet people were extremely professional and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located within walking to distance to many restaurants, pubs, Fells Point, and the Inner Harbor. If I come back to Baltimore again, I will slcome back to this hotel.

The valet parking was on point. The rooms are small. The beds weren't the best. The couch bed is terrible. It's in a very busy part of downtown. It was okay.Walkability: Be ready to walk everywhere

Outstanding all around! We recently stayed from Oct 2 - Oct 8 and our group was extremely impressed. The rooms were very clean, spacious, even came with a dishwasher / mini kitchen! The service was excellent. They actually cleaned our room everyday! (which is rare in hotels these days). The breakfast was awesome, especially the space on the 2nd floor where they host it. Our hotel sales coordinator, Aliyyah, was on it and extremely accommodating. All around 5/5 stars. Thanks again, Homewood Suites team!

It is at a prime location: close to the harbour, shops, and nice restaurants. Nice setup with hand basin outside the bathroom. Inclusion of a small kitchen adds a great deal of convenience. Overall it is spacious and clean. However, the quality of lodging is somewhat disappointing: king bed but small sheets and duvet that hardly cover the bed, stained pillow cases, torn duvet covers, broken closet door, torn carpets ……. Also the breakfast is somewhat substandard without any fresh fruit except the over-ripe bananas, and most of the food for the buffet is not labeled. I would have expected Hilton to have done better.A followup note, I asked the front desk to change into proper sized sheet in the morning. When I returned in the evening, the flat sheet was replaced but was still one size too small. It was thoroughly disappointing.

The breakfast staff Tyra and Hira were amazing. They were very tentative and polite. The view was nice. We were able to see the sky line of the city. The room need some update and they need more valets at night but other than that everything was good.Food & drinks: The food was satisfying.

Do not book for a wedding! We booked this hotel for our wedding. We had out of towners coming in to Baltimore for the first time and the had bed bugs in their room. They reported it and were met with attitude and pushback instead of empathy and apologies. Do not stay here. I am so upset our wedding guests had to go through that.

The location is great! The service (especially) the breakfast crew was excellent!Had a small problem with the room and they were able move us to another room quickly. The view from the rooftop is also nice between the two hotels! Will be staying here again.

We had a good experience here. The rooms are in need for makeover. The staff try very hard to provide excellent service. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. Overall it was worth the stay base on the cost, service (we receive), and the location.Room service is upon request as it is a suite.Walkability: 10 minutes to Fell's point, 5 minutes to Little Italy. It is right across John Hopkins Carey Business School.

The quality of the rooms was very disappointing . The carpet extremely stained, and soiled, the furniture extremely stained the bed linen on beds and for the pull out sofa ripped. The pull out sofa mattress was just springs no cushion. In the bathroom one of the rolled up face cloth that was to be new and ready for us to use was rolled up wet. That was very nasty and not sanitary . The curtains old and dirty. I have never experienced anything of this sort in all my years of traveling and staying all over the world in hotels. Very disappointed and expected better for a Hilton property. I will be requesting a refund. I added a few pictures .

This was quite a disappointing hotel after having high hopes. The room and hallways had multiple maintenance issues (kitchen sink faucet was broken, multiple carpet stains, broken air return, tub lining chipped away in many areas, peeling wallpaper, broken sconces, and signs gone or falling off walls). They didn’t have dish soap and the room on the surface appeared clean, there were dirty dishes, floor felt like it had crumbs and other things in it (wore shoes except to sleep). The view was great and the location is excellent for walking to dining options.Rooms: They are spacious, but with corner rooms having great views. Maintenance issues were evident throughout though.Nearby activities: Mall, aquarium, children’s museum, walkway along water, and historical sites.Walkability: Easy to get in and out of the hotel and close to water, food and some nearby attractions.

We had a bad stay. The room was dirty so they finally had housekeeping reclean, the hideaway bed was like sleeping on spring which the staff didn’t care when they were informed. The free breakfast the eggs were still very runny, the sausage was rubbery and the oatmeal was not cooked. We went to the so called restaurant on 2 and waited 10 mins for a menu and it wasn’t busy, then when our food was done our waitress ignored the bell and the cook to play kissy face with a few guys our food sat under a heat lamp for almost 10 mins. The other waitress brought our food, when it was time to bring the bill and get a tip then we seem our waitress. She didn’t get a tip for piss poor service. For the price we paid never again. This hotel will be reported to the BBB. We were in 659 sept 19-23

I was very pleased with my stay for a week in August. There is an off-street garage with a daily fee- it was very easy to use. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of several great (sometimes pricy) restaurants. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless people in the area in need of help.
