Lowes"" Lowes"" Lowes"". One of the worst overall business transactions I've ever experienced. I will spend my home improvement dollar at Lowes from now on. The rep in the appliance department lies. This man lies worst than Donald Trump. After cereal lying he then proceeded to interrupt while the next rep was trying to help , so I decided to order my refrigerator mother board on line. I paid for over night shipping , the next day no part, so then I call customer service and speak to a Betty Lynn or Jody Lynn or somebody Lynn who tells me that even tho I paid for overnight I should have known that Sat or Sun would not count as days. She then told me that I should have verified the date to make sure it was correct ; even though, my receipt shows over night and the 27.00 fee that I was charged was for over night. I'm a fairly smart human being.. If the policy excludes Sat & Sun unless you pay an additional fee just say so don't dullshi* the consumer and have some dopes answering the phone and suggest that I should have paid closer attention to the internet prompts. I'll tell you what spend your money at Lowes, Lowes , Lowes...

Not a great selection compared to other HD locations, but has most of the basics. Staff (when you can find them) are usually helpful. Most of the time you will have to hit the self checkout lines (because they don't have any cashiers working). This can be especially annoying when one of them is down and one is card only. You will be at the mercy of how quickly the rest of the customers can check out. Of course, when I went around noon on a Wednesday, most of the people using the self checkout have probably never used a computer. The 'register monitor' just kind of stood in the middle of the floor, refusing to assist in any way. Maybe it was a source of entertainment for her and helped her to pass the slow Wednesday afternoon.

We went in there today and there's not a single cashier!! Everything is now self checkout. I'm hoping that my local Home Depot doesn't do the same thing or I'll be shopping elsewhere!! It's enough that you can't find someone to help you when you are shopping, now I'm expected to do the job of a cashier?

Not too bad. No cashiers but there was the self checkout. There was someone to help if needed but there should be cashiers as well on a Tuesday afternoon 6:15ish pm. Im just glad there wasn't a line

I went to have my weedeater repaired under warranty. Rome the MGR was kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee because of multiple issues..he told Ron in Rental to Mark it down and walked away. Ron went on complaining and called him an "Assh@/#" I don't know what " F@#!" he wants me to do. Go get that " assh@/#" He needs to tell me how the " F@#!" to do this. I can't believe the language to me , the customer. And when I brought it up to Ron in front of Rome he completely denied saying any of that. Not an apology, just wanted to argue more about it . Finally Rome told him to be quiet. I can't believe this store has this employee! Is this acceptable? I guess it's time to tweet and let the world know about Ron the fowl mouth employee at White Marsh Home Depot #2502.

I stopped by the White Marsh Home Depot this evening to get some wood pellets. The heater is out right now but happy to have a back up. The pellets are heavy 40lbs each. I had a hard time finding them, the guy in that department was too busy talking to a blonde coworker and would not hush long enough for me to even ask where to find or ask for help. Went to buy blinds. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to help us...they never came like we were told they would. Literally searched isles looking for someone with no luck. Finally just left empty handed. Got to Lowe's, their employees are much more helpful.

Laziest employees ever. I have watched 3 different employees just watch struggling customers load their cars without ever asking if they needed help. One sat by watching as a man loaded 25 5 gallons buckets on his vehicle while the employee talked on his cell phone!

paid for stove delivery, installation, hook up and haul away. They dropped the new stove and LEFT ME WITH THE STOVE SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM ! called back: "THIS IS A TWO STEP PROCESS SIR" really?! had I only known.... I suggest going to a speciality appliance store with good reputation for setup and delivery.
