Very poor location. Inventory is always low. Employees are lackadaisical.Racial profiling is a frequent occurrence. They seem to think any young man of color is trying to commit thievery.Sales are rare here. It is higher than other H&M's in the surrounding region.

Love this store! Last visit I ran in to grab a white button down quickly. I asked where they were from the 1st associate I saw not only did they NOT just point me in the direction they led me there and advised me of the difference in style options and found the size I needed! The cashier was super welcoming and friendly, making sure I was signed up for purchase rewards...rung me up and got me out as I planned quickly!

1st floor/ladies fitting room was closed. 2 cashier out of 3 on the first floor had a closed sign. So we stood online waiting to be checkout at the 3rd register since no sign was posted for several minutes. To find out that all 3 cashier on the first floor was closed.

Nice selection of clothing. I don't like how the store is divided in two levels. Went downstairs to purchase my items and the registers were closed. Had to find someone to ring up my purchase.
