Booked three rooms for the weekend for a decent price. Location was good but the service was the worst. The shampoo, soap bottles were empty, the iron had stains, coffee maker was dirty & bed was noisy. I went to the service desk to ask for extra towels and the assistant promised someone would bring them upstairs but we never received them. We called the desk & followed back 3-4 times but the towels NEVER arrived when we needed them the most. We couldn’t shower for an important event on the second day. We didn’t get any room service either. Extremely unprofessional staffs. I rarely write reviews but hope this feedback helps management to do their basic job better.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time for a little weekend getaway. Overall, our experience was not bad but there are some things that I would mention just to help the next person. First, there is self parking which is fine however it's not very obvious where the garage is. There is one for Courtyard Marriott that we almost turned in to before finding the correct place to park. The person who checked us in was very pleasant and we got 2 bottles of water. We had a king size room which was unique in it's layout. First I noticed the wallpaper (I assume) and some of it was peeling or just was not placed correctly. The bed had no real bounce to it so it was not as comfy. The fitted sheet seemed too small for the size bed we had so it was a little annoying to have to keep fixing it. The bathroom was nice however the shower was kind of tucked to the side and did not have good lighting like the rest of the bathroom. The hotel is nicely located near restaurants and shops so we didn't have far to walk for any of the places we visited. I know some of my critiques may seem weird but sometimes it's the small things that make or break a weekend getaway. Overall, we enjoyed our visit but hopefully next time we will have a more comfortable bed and equal lighting.
Rooms: The bed had no bounce to it. I'm not 100% it was a mattress. The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off the bed. Also, I'm not sure if this is common practice now but the pillows were all different sizes which was strange but not a huge deal breaker.
Walkability: We were close to shops, restaurants, and other sites. Very walkable!

Wifi doesn't work or is the speed of 1995 dial up. Staff acknowledges wifi is a persistent problem with frequent complaints.
Shower handle doesn't stay in place so if you set it to warm, it drops down to max heat.
Service staff is unbelievably rude
Dingy rooms for the price.
But it's not all bad. They have a way to digitally give a tip through a QR code advertised prominently in the room - this way, you can conveniently subsidize Hilton’s labor expense so they can offer lower base wages to their employees. This allows them to generate as much EBITDA as possible while not reinvesting in capex or basic services like usable WIFI.

Dirty and dated. But what really did it was they decided to shampoo the floor in my hotel room while I’m still here. Now the floor is soaking wet and the bathroom is extremely slippery.

Rooms: The toilet with cigarette butts and tissue paper inside. The lighter it’s in a room on the carpet. And the mirror have handwriting saying I am watching you. I’m not sure it’s the room being clean or someone did a sabotage on purpose but anyway it’s the terrible experience but I just stay for one night on Saturday and we book multiple Room so I didn’t even bother. Try to exchange your room however I was so disappointed since I am a member of the Hilton.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself is starting to fall apart. Wallpaper peeling, paper towel holder falling off the wall, carpet looks dirty and old. It's a solid 2 star hotel. I expect a little more from a Hilton hotel than I do an holiday Inn or something like that, but this one was a little bit of a let down. The breakfast restaurant is the shining star of the property. The food is good, the staff are rockstars!

The location is very nice. But the hotel rooms are very outdated. The bedsheet looks old and the thermostat doesn’t work properly. I could hear doors opening outside all night.

The sheets are too small for the bed and kept popping off. The bed is uncomfortable. They didn’t clean the room until we asked them to do it. Very confusing with Homewood Suites in the same area, which breakfast to go to. They should explain at check-in

Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. She told me where to park and how to get back to the hotel. Housekeeping was in the hallway leading to my room and they all greeted me, made me feel special. Room was exceptional and the view .. wow

Very disappointed, by far the worse stay. The room was dirty, no change of towels, furniture had scratches all over and no bed made or better they try. I have a picture for you.
Rooms: Very small and dirty.
Food & drinks: No comment
Noteworthy details: Would not recommend.

I had a great experience at the Hilton garden inn. The staff was friendly and help set things up for me. Also I wanted to give a shout out to a worker named Demetre he's a respectful cool person with alot of patience because whatever I needed he made sure I had everything. The place is clean and beautiful. Also the prices for the rooms are perfect.
Food & drinks: They have restaurants, shopping stores, the inner harbor, movie theater.

Arrived to a dirty room, with dirty towels and dirty sheets :(
