Work done to my vehicle was great. But this is how my car returned to me. They also have very very poor communication. I had to call 3 times & ask to speak to a manager to even find out what my going in with my vehicle. Don’t use them, unless you’re prepared to pay for a full interior detail.

While I was sitting at a red light, a car rear ended my car and pushed it into the car in front of me. I have a fairly new Volvo SUV and Heritage Auto was recommended by the car dealership. I was very pleased with the communication from my service representative Debra. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process and consistently kept me updated with the status of my car. When I received my car I couldn’t tell that it had been in a car accident which was amazing and a relief. It took a while for my car to be repaired but I hear that is standard especially with significant damage but the end product was so superior that if I had to do it over (I pray that I never will) I would choose Heritage again!

Took my car to Heritage Jeep for corrosion issues, they filed a claim on my behalf. It was approved in a few days and the work was done in less than 2 weeks.

I wouldn’t send my vehicle here again. I actually dropped it off to the one on Harford Road and they took it to this one for the work. The communication is horrible, I’ve spoken to my writer only once and my vehicle has been at this location for almost two months. TWO MONTHS and I can’t get an answer as to when I should be able to get my vehicle back. At least the people that answer the calls are friendly.
I’ve spoken to the manager since I’ve posted my initial review of the body shop. I liked how he didn’t come off as defensive and listened to my concerns. He didn’t make me feel as if I was being annoying or a bother, instead concerned. I answered his call the first time he called me, he had no issues getting in touch with me. My writer has also reached out to me after my review. I understand that I’m not the only customer that people are dealing with and I took that into consideration before writing my initial review. The body shop does good work, but the communication with the customers need drastic improvements. It seems that the establishment is open to hearing feedback and working with customers who aren’t pleased with their experience.

The older blonde employee was super rude for no reason. I came in because I called the day earlier and was told I could come in during business hours the following day. It seemed like the person who told me that was misinformed. Even though it was a waste of time, I wasn’t mad. However, the older blonde women kept repeating that “I didn’t know how things worked” and that I was lying. I never argued about the miscommunication, so I’m not sure why she felt the need to speak to me like that instead of apologizing for them wasting my time. My experience was unprofessional, so I’m not going to be returning.

Horrible experience. They've had my car for 2 months. Every time I called, they always mentioned the car will be done "next week". Eight weeks later and I still don't have my car. Multiple times I've called and been sent to voicemail from (Amanda and Roger | Managers). Horrible communication. There is no sense of urgency and my car still isn't fixed. It's honestly unacceptable. Please reconsider before using this shop for any car repairs. Don't say nothing told you!

I recently brought my car in for a paint recall, and initially, there was some confusion regarding the paint recall policy. Amanda assisted me while Betty was away, and she was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Amanda escalated the situation to Roger, the manager, who promptly resolved the issue within the desired timeframe. Following the paint job, I noticed a strip on my car hood that wasn't mounting correctly. When I brought it to their attention, a kind worker swiftly fixed the problem in seconds. I appreciate their commitment to doing what is right and their genuine concern for the customer.

Debbie Preisinger at Heritage Body Shop is a gem! After being rear ended this summer in my newly paid off Jeep Wrangler I took it into Heritage to be cared for. Debbie personally reached out to the insurance provider to request a factory bumper after the pre-approved “recycled” bumper was a bust. They got the work done quickly and kept me updated every step of the way - even scrambling to get paperwork done so I could get my jeep home in time to drive to a baby shower this weekend. Cannot recommend enough!

Terrible Service. They dont answer the phone. If they do all they do is transfer you to someone else who never answers the phone. The car has been there for 3 months with still no word on where it is. John the Manager never answers the phone.
