The staff in all positions are up and down fabulous, the nicest people who treat customers like human beings. They are so kind and sincerely care, which truly eases customers' minds. Humans answer phone calls in a timely manner, and the phone menu is quite forgiving. They have an automated refill tool for convenience but provide personal help, including delivery service. The pharmacists are helpful and will pick out the best medicines that customers need. Their prices on prescriptions are competitive, as are their store open stock items. While their open hours can be hard to work around, the overall experience is so good that customers cannot go back to big name places. The business also features a great soda bar, lunch counter, and cafe. The snowballs, milkshakes, and lunch counter service are great, being simple and affordable in a pinch. The experience is a pleasure, and customers hope Charlesmead sticks around forever.

Consistently the best pharmacy I have ever used, though their open hours can be hard to work around, depending on your schedule. Their phone menu is thankfully quite forgiving and their staff members answer phone calls in a timely manner. Also, I love their lunch counter in a pinch, it's simple and affordable.
