Harford Smoke Shop is a go-to place with a vast variety of selections, including everything from hookahs to Polkadot Bars. The staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful, providing great and excellent customer service. The owner is also super nice. They offer good prices and will help you go above and beyond. It is considered the best shop on Harford Road and a favorite place, with a strong recommendation.
