Recently just moved in my apartment was not ready at there hole in the floors so instantly knew they had mice problems carpet is not properly installed also my bathroom sink is broken never fix the problem I’m a new tenant and it’s been 3 weeks still no one came out I just want my money back

We just recently had the apartment doors replaced in my building. They are beautiful, but the apartment letters weren't on the new doors when they were installed. I made a maintenance request, and got a letter on my door within 2 or so days. I wish that all the renter's in the building would have gotten theirs too, but I will take what I can get. The rating is for all my maintenance requests. Maintenance has been very responsive to all my requests. Also, I use the resident portal to send messages to the office with concerns. That seems to be the best way to reach them. Overall, my experience here has been very good. Thank you.

So far my move-in experience has been the worse and I will not be renewing my lease if I ever get settled in! I paid all move- in monies for my move-in date to be 5/24/24. It is now 5/28 and guess what? Still no keys!!!! Apparently, the office system and phones are down which also has nothing to do with me. I did not know until i drove 25 mins to get there to pick up keys. Today, I get an email from the Morgan properties stating the system is still down which is just insane atp. I have paid all my monies and should not have to wait to receive keys due to a system problem!. I do not recommend as they are giving me hell already just to move in. Amber Mcdonald was also my agent i worked with. She was very accompanying at first. Soon as it was time to pick up keys, she disappeared and then became very rude as if she did not want to help me at least get my damn keys!! I recommend if you choose this place, ensure you are not working with her. Also they dont even take money orders which is weird when most folks dont trust banks, nor have checks, etcc.. due to soo many scammers these days. I would tread lightly coming here. The apartments are just OK not the best for all that im going through and i havent stepped foot in my apartments since i saw it for the 1st time on 5/24!

This review is long over due I moved into the complex 12/23 and have had the absolute worse experience literally since day 1 of me signing my lease which has been a pain and i should have took heed ...the agent domonique I worked with to finalize my lease and transition during my move was very not knowledgeable given multiple circumstances that has happened and was not thorough in giving information... one of their maintenance worker which was a man literally showed up at my door unexpected to do an inspection unannounced (the office doesnt give proper notice of things like that its usually the day of or a day late) and refused to leave after multiple tries as he tried to walk around my apt and as a woman in a space alone with a unknown man I felt very violated...they sent an email also stating there was a rodent issue (which I have not experience) in my building and they are coming to treat my building and all apts that same day at 3pm that afternoon on a weekday and had specific instruction of arranging moving thing out of closets cabinets and moving furniture in your apt which was not realistic in short notice..my neighbors are terrible they allow their dog to go to bathroom and it leaks below to my balcony after repeatedly contacting my office with proof my problem was just addressed with them a week later ! The apartment is great but management is terrible!!! And with rent being so high you can never have a comfortable stay being under their terrible management it will impact your experience period ..There is no decorum when it comes to their customer service its absolutely terrible I wouldnt recommend.

I live here,so far pleased with it.Except for they need to take care of the laundry rooms.And fix the washers and dryers.But when July came around to renew my lease. When I received my paper bill stating one thing then when I pulled it up on my port photo my rent wasv$165.00 more per month. Now they want to charge you a monthly ammity fee of $65.00 a month trash,water went up to $61.00 per month.sewage fee ,and xfinty fee for cablehad I have known this i wouldn't have renewed my lease.They're getting over on people. And people are moving out left and right

Zero stars would be more accurate. I walked in at 5:15 pm yesterday, Tuesday,March 26th. Their sign says they close at 6pm. I was told they were closed. I turned around to leave the leasing office, the young lady asked to take my information and I declined. I’m not interested in during business with people like this!

This place is terrible on maintenance and whoever is behind customer service in the maintenance office. I been here since October 2023 put in numerous requests for maintenance and no repairs have been resolved. Then I call customer service only for the receptionist to go back and fourth with me about unimportant issues. Like I’m her child or friend. Who does that? I’m hoping to have my issue resolved by this week but will report if not.

My review is well over due, but I had the best experience with moving in. Kayla was the best she was so so helpful, patient, and professional. She assisted me and went over and beyond to make my move as easy as possible.

Mice, mice, mice!! Have put in several requests for determination have to call to get a follow up whether they receives the request. The problem Is never solved only temporary. They use foam like stuff to close holes. The mice chew through it. Mouse came in the house last weekend (Sunday) and it takes a week for someone to come out. The pest control guy wont even be here until Friday. In the mean time I am spending my own money to try and trap mice. They're causing damage to my apartment and have eaten holes in the corner of both bedroom doors and closet in hallway. I put in Requests asap about the mice but no one seems to care. Definitely not renewing my lease. Only six months to go.

There are many things wrong with this apartment but one of the aggravating issues is the managers lack of caring. We tried to go to the pool after the piping needed to be replaced, where we were emailed it was fixed. We go to the pool, it's closed, ask the resident services, they say theres a dead squirrel in it. The day later the resident services says its closed for the rest of the summer because there is a piping issue. They also changed the gym hours from 9-5 MWF, 10-7 thursday. We can not go to the gym if we work a full time job, they lie about the amenities and have no security in place for the gym. For $65 a month in amenities we ask that the gym and the pool be open at reasonable times. The gym was vandalized around July and the hours changed from 8-8, then randomly 6-6 3 months later. Daylight savings happens, then they take 2 months AFTER daylight savings to change the clock on the locks back (was 5-5 for months). The resident services constantly gaslit me saying that they would fix it in one day, next weekend, a week, all different kinds of answers but it was never fixed. Obviously we deal with roaches and mice. The apartments are built horribly and the show and tell apartment is nothing like the one we signed for. The apartment wasn't even cleaned when we moved in, there was food crumbs everywhere.
