I gave a 4 stars because the men bathroom was down however I was very safe until my bus came

Bus drivers are not punctual. A trip that was meant to be 8:30am to 1.00pm became 9.15am to 3.10pm. I missed an important meeting because of this punctuality issue. I am so not satisfied with Greyhound service.

Rest room was down but Porter pots were available!! Not enough info giving for first time riders!! And could use a good cleaning! Other then that ride was good and was environment was interesting
