They've done a great job with our dry cleaning for years. I've brought in some delicate or complicated pieces like tulle and silk skirts and knit throws, and they've always done a great job at reasonable prices. They have a pretty quick turnaround, too.

The worst place in the world. Doesn't understand English, doesn't care about clients and does the worst job ever. Every time I come my shirts are just ironed and not cleaned. The worst. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I took two of my husband's shirts to be washed and ironed. I told the lady at the till that one of the shirts had some food stains on it. The first thing she said to me was that she could not guarantee that she could get the stain out. I asked her to mark the area where the stain was so they could pay attention to that area of the shirt. She refused to do so, said it wasn't necessary. I should have just taken the shirts back and found another cleaner. But I thought I would give them a chance. WRONG. The shirt came back with the same exact stains, not a bit of difference. I doubt that they ever paid the slightest bit of attention to the area I told them to look at. And I got to pay for it. That's the only time that these people will see my business. I never heard of a reliable cleaner who refused to pay attention to what the customer was telling them and then falling back on the old refrain, "we cannot guarantee we can get the stain out." I guess you can't guarantee you can get a stain out if you refuse to make a note of what the stain is and where it is located on the garment.

We have been customers here for some time. Today we had a problem (first time we have ever complained) - a suit was ripped during dry cleaning, and is now unusable. The older lady servicing the front desk was abrasive and told me it’s my fault and that I did it. Trying to blame me. Obviously not the case. We wouldn’t dry clean a ripped suit!? She refused to except any accountability. And when I asked her simply to credit me the cost of the dry cleaning in which she damaged the suit, she said no emphatically, again blaming me. Highly abrasive and inappropriate. Poor customer service. Shopper beware.

Terrible service. Brought a brand new, unworn shirt here, and the cleaners managed to put a stain on the collar! The woman behind the counter refused to take responsibility, and demanded payment for the shirt that *they* stained. Avoid this place.
