The bakery selections, including generous cake slices, are loved. Many find the staff incredibly kind, helpful, and wonderful. However, some long-time customers note a decline over recent years. Attention to customer service and quality has slipped for some, with complaints about unavailable checkout staff and bakery order mistakes. The sushi, now from an outside vendor, is criticized for being bad, with tough fish and uneatable hard parts, a significant drop from its former quality. Some prepared salads, like the chicken or pasta salad, can be mushy or bland. There's so much I can say about Graul's but I'm going to keep it short and sweet. The employees are incredibly kind and helpful. They have pretty much anything you could possibly need, and everything is high quality. I cannot recommend shopping there enough.

You will find the right cake here, and the staff is wonderful ?There are a wealth of delicious options in the deli department. So much food ready to eat! Highly recommend!
