My SO was so excited for me to receive these, but when they arrived they were shriveling, brown, and I expect will be dead by tomorrow. Disappointing and sad, especially on a holiday.

I am totally disappointed. I ordered a Valentine arrangement on Feb 2, to be delivered on Feb 12. What was delivered looks NOTHING like what was ordered! My phone number was included in the order. Seems common courtesy to contact a customer when an order can't be filled and offer suggestions for the replacement. Again, I am TOTALLY disappointed!!! Will think twice before ever using this florist!

Ordered from fromyouflowers.com and when my recipient sent me pictures of the flowers she received, it looked NOTHING like the picture online! The actual bouquet delivered is not even worth close to the $$$ I purchased on the website. Do NOT recommend, however unfortunately the website does not allow picking your own local florist, therefore do not recommend fromyouflowers.com either.

Thank you Gordon Florist for the beautiful flowers. My sister sent me flowers for my birthday and the flowers arrived first thing in the morning and the flowers were lovely. I highly recommend. P.S - The card was signed Sweerat. Sweerat is a nick name we use among each other and is definitely not a typo from Gordon flowers.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement I got today for my boyfriend. And it was super quick too! Was in and out in about 15 minutes with a custom arrangement. He absolutely loves it. Thanks so much!

Did not contact me when they had an issue finding delivery address. Ended up either delivering to another address that does not exist or not delivering altogether. The address they had was a typo and did not exist, but I wasn’t ever contacted to correct this. When speaking to employee about rescheduling delivery, they were immediately defensive and initially only offered me a smaller bouquet delivered at a 50% discount two days later. The employee said they have no way of knowing what happened to the delivery, as they don’t actually know what driver had the flowers. I politely asked that the original flowers simply be delivered instead of paying for a new bouquet. Employee was combative and ended up hanging up on me after essentially saying they were fed up with speaking with me and they would just give me a full refund so they didn’t have to keep talking with me.

Don't trust the website. Arrangements not priced as shown on the website. When I spoke with "her" it was as if she was making up the prices as she went along. If I can't trust the website, how can I trust that my arrangement request will be as I ordered it. Rather shady in my opinion.

I received a phone call from Gordon Florist's driver, stating there was a delivery for me. The driver recited the address to me. I informed the driver that was the incorrect address and provided the correct address. I provided the driver with my place of residence security code. The driver phoned me once he arrived at my place of residence. Please note that the interaction between the Gordon Florist driver and I occurred while I was at work in Washington, DC. I truly appreciate the customer service provided by Gordon Florist.

Gordon Florist is AWESOME!!!! After a couple frustrating attempts ordering flowers from other florists, I called very late in the day and spoke with Steph. When I explained my situation, that I'd had 2 failed attempts in sending flowers to my sister my who'd had major back surgery and could really use something to cheer her up, she told me she understood and that she'd do her best to get flowers there, but probably could not do it until the next day. As it turned out, she actually stayed late to make an arrangement and had Carol, one of their nicest delivery people, get it to her within an hour and a half. Of course I know that this is not always possible, schedules and commitments being what they are, but talk about setting expectations and then exceeding them!!!! The arrangement, "Goodness and Light" is absolutely beautiful, exactly what I'd hoped for. I understand that this is a family owned business and want to say that Steph's & Carol's kindness and the colorful flowers they delivered made my sister's day. Many thanks to our new very most favorite florist!!! You guys rock!!!!

I called to place an order for 2 sympathy sprays for 2 different funerals the first one was the strength & solace absolutely beautiful. the second one was the pink tribute and i wanted the flowers replaced with blue & white flowers since it was for a male. I went to the viewing yesterday 2/17/2022 and it was the ugliest thing i had ever seen. The spray had 6 carnations, dead daisies and snapdragons that had not even bloomed and a navy blue silk ribbon in the middle. You could see all the greenery and with little to no flowers. I was asked did someone take some flowers out of the spray. i was so embarrased and i could not beleive they would send something like this. It is no way someone thought this was acceptable to send to someone's viewing. I want a full refund

HOOOOOORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If you want your delivery done by a certain time PLEASE DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO DELIVER!! The manager LITERALLY tried to blame me for their lack of professionalism!!! Wooooow!! And implied that my WIFE WAS CHEATING ON ME!!! U CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!!! Couldn't get in contact with the delivery driver to see where he was. Told me they'd call me back as the delivery deadline was nearing and finally had past. I had to call them back SEVERAL times, before I finally just told them to issue me a FULL REFUND! If you want professionalism, accountability, and your loved ones getting there flowers delivered when you want and have paid for then this ISNT THE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

The flowers themselves are beautiful. I am saddened by the fact that I placed a delivery for 10/11/2021 and they were delivered today. I am honestly not sure how this happened. I’d really like to speak to someone about this.
