    Manager, Michelle, at the Belair Road Store #5234 is extremely rude and unhelpful. I will also post this on Next Door if I don’t get satisfactory help.

    I donated my car and donation process itself was pretty complicated, causing more headache than necessary. They will harass you until you literally give up your car, then won't help you with any tax related issues that will cost me more. AVOID AT ALL COST.
